The hygienist was right on time and did a great job cleaning and offering advise on dental care. The dentist completed another thorough examination and explained options clearly.All staff pleasant and competent. A positive experience.

I have severe teeth sensitivity issues due to years of teeth grinding/receding gum problems and have been dreading dental visits the last few years. I met Nimal, my hygienist, at Martindale Dental. Nimal is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He is also very thorough and gentle with the cleaning. He takes my anxiety away by taking his time addressing my concerns and explains what he is doing every step of the way. I highly recommend him.

Great experience.This is a very clean very friendly and very professional environment. Staff is wonderful and Dr. Darine Teima is fantastic. I have been going here for the past 3 teeth cleaning and I don’t think I will be using anyone else any more. She really is a great dentist!!! I highly recommend this dental office !!!

I started coming here a few months ago and Dr. Makarin and assistant Tabi have been great. Dr. Makarin is patient when I ask him to explain again any of the procedures I am having completed. They have convenient hours and all the staff on reception are friendly.

I used to see dr natt here prior to covid and she was amazing but no longer works here.I was in in March for an uncapped root canal that had cracked. The dentist removed the cracked portion and put some paste on it and wanted my gums to heal prior to coming back in for the crown prep. I came in a week later for crown prep which took a little over three hours. Was back in 2 weeks later for the crown surgery which was about 30min.A few days later, I noticed I was biting the insides of my mouth and messaged the clinic right away, but the dentist was only in once a week and I would have to wait a week before seeing her. I pushed for an appointment with another dentist, who said the crown placed was larger than my actual tooth which she confirmed with my 2019 X-rays. The only solution she said would be to remove my wisdom teeth, which up to this point had never been an issue and I had never bit the inside of my mouth. When I asked her why the first dentist did not perform due diligence in checking my 2019 X-ray and order a smaller crown, she could not give me an answer.Note my insurance was charged for this visit, but I was never told or given a receipt.I went to get a second opinion at another clinic, with much more advanced technology, and that dentist confirmed the only solution was to remove my wisdom teeth. AND the first dentist that had placed the crown had left a large piece of cement residue which the second opinion dentist showed me in X-rays. I have those X-rays in my possession.I was offered a partial compensation by Martindale dental for the crown only (not X-rays, gas, etc), which comes nowhere near to covering half of my additional costs. Not to mention the trauma, mental and emotional stress of going forward with a surgery that would have been unnecessary had the right size crown been selected.There is no accountability here and as a medical professional myself, this is no way to treat your patients.

Had a wonderful experience this morning. The two ladies that worked with me were kind, knowledgeable and really helped with my insurance to make sure everything was right. Thanks ladies!! I’m very happy I made the switch from my old dentist. I encourage others that live in south Burlington to give them a try!

I am the most nervous person ever when it comes to going to the dentist! A few weeks ago I woke up with an abscess tooth due to an old root canal. I didn’t have a regular dentist. I knew that my tooth had to be extracted and that it could be a complicated procedure. I went to two other dental offices but did not feel confident . After talking with my clients that had similar problems, Dr Makarin was highly recommended. My first visit to Martindale, I immediately felt confident. Dr. Makarin explained the procedure, which made me feel comfortable and confident. The procedure was painless, he was gentle and thorough. I am writing this review the day after and I feel great. Amazing job! Thank you
