Yama's findings with the house issues made us think twice about buying this home. His detailed description with photos to backup his findings were of great help. He even found mice droppings in the basement.Very satisfied with his thorough report and has my recommendation.

I am very pleased with Yama and his services. He was thorough and walked me through all the issues that needed to be addressed in the house I was buying. From the inspection I could tell that he is experienced and was not cutting any corners. I really appreciate the level of honesty he was able to provide when going through his inspection. I wanted to be certain that the house I was buying was in a condition that was satisfactory and I was informed and aware of all the potential work/issues that needed to be addressed prior and after the purchase. Definitely recommend him.

Yama is one of the best home inspectors out there! He is extremely knowledgable and knows what he is doing. He takes his time and leaves no stones unturned. We have used him twice now in a span of one month. He is always on time, very professional, and super insightful and helpful. He actually also takes the time to answer your questions. I know many inspectors just do an in and out job under 30 minutes but you can tell Yama goes above and beyond for his clients. I will continue to use his services in the future!

Very unprofessional experience I had with Yama. If zero star can given, I will. The report looks unprofessional compare to other inspectors I worked with. The report looks like no effort and time was invested, 5 minutes of work that’s it, very bad quality. The content is not informative at all. When I asked Yama to add more wording such as the year of furnace and water tank he refused because it is PDF once the report is done there is no going back. I couldn’t believe is unprofessional behaviour. The report is useless, because no one could understand the extent of the good and bad issues. Also, when I asked the report to look more representative and professional he told me he is one of the top inspector. I don’t know who give him the confidence. It is not my first time doing inspection. I can say he is the worst. DO NOT USE HIM for any reason. VERY BAD!!!!!!

Yama arrived on time and performed a thorough inspection of our newly purchased home. It was refreshing to have an inspector who was happy to see his customer there, and was eager to share his findings as we went through the house. His experience as a contractor was invaluable, as he was happy to share his insight on deficiencies, and where the previous owners had done a good job maintaining our new home. 5 Stars and a no doubt recommendation for home inspections.
