Glen Park Apartments

I recently moved to Canada and this was my first apartment in the country. Renting an apartment as an international student in a new city with absolutely no knowledge about the locality can be a challenging experience, however I consider myself lucky.Staff:The staff at the office are really helpful, they guided us throughout the process and made sure we made no mistakes.Location:The building is located at a convenient location with Scotia Bank, Canadian tire, food basics, no frills and shoppers drug mart around it. YRT transit stops are also within 100mtrs ensuring good connectivity. There are multiple parks at walking distance from the building.Unit:The apartment was ready on time for us to move in with all the appliances in place. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment and it is spacious enough for 3 to 4 people to live. It also has a balcony which is big enough to have small furniture or store bicycles. The building also has a gym which has all essential equipments.Overall:It was a great experience living at 20 Clark avenue, I did not face any issues. The management is quite responsible and takes required steps to ensure residence have a comfortable and safe stay.

This apartment has made many upgrades over the past couple months and I love having the gym available anytime. The staff is very friendly also. It’s affordable and I would recommend this apartment to anyone!P.s I love the fact that it’s pet friendly! :)

I currently live in this apartment building and can totally vouch for it. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. The building is in a prime location and it's 2 stops away from Finch station via YRT. It is centrally located close to various grocery stores like No frills, Food Basics, Ambrosia, Sobeys and Shopper's Drug Mart. Lots of malls are also close by like the Center Point mall, Promenade and Hill Crest mall. The management of the building is great. They are super responsive and helpful in case of repairs and queries. In all, it's a great place to live in!

Horrifying building - I really hope you check this before moving in and decide not to. Management is hostile and keeps raising the rent way beyond market value. What does it get you? Roaches and Mice. They have so far destroyed a $5,000 bed and a $500 coat. During the lease signing, they looked us right in the eyes and lied, saying there were no known bug problems - we later found out there are many known reports of it and they were very aware and not taking adequate action. Everything constantly breaks and management threatens to charge illegally for repairs to the unit - on the first day the fridge handle came off in our hands! There is an extensive hoarding problem in the building and I know of at least one if not more units on each floor that is hoarded - one or two even smell of maggots! The halls often smell like rotten fish (think the smell of catnip but more gross - frying.The building has a revolving door as they say. People move in and shortly after, out around here. The building is deceptive because it is marketed as a luxury building and they post all these photos online of the shiny renovations they’ve done in common areas and some units. The renovations, however, mean nothing as nothing seems to work, everything breaks, and again the pest problem is extremely extensive.

Rude stuff. Poor service. Bad experience of living there for one year. The building is full of mice. They never give me back my deposit

I recently moved out of this apartment building after living here for almost 20 years. It was a great place to live and raise my family, and I still miss it very much. It is very safe and clean. The building maintenance was very accomodating and understanding of our needs. The location is also very convenient.

Bright, clean and spacious building with well kept grounds and common areas. Lockers and parking area are also well lit and maintained properly. Lived here for over 10 years and haven’t had any issues with bugs or pests.

I'm living with this company for six years. When something damage or out of order, they don't fix it right away, You have to wait one or two days to be fix. I don't see mice, but cacroch yes. In overall this place is ok. I like the neighborhood.

3 years almost to the date and they still won't address the putrid odor the comes from the walls and ventilation. We've dealt with usual roaches and mice, Val and Marneh have always been quick to deal with it. Thank you to both. Overall the common areas and outdoors are very well maintained. The people and the neighborhood community is what keeps us here.

I just like to give this gentlemen Val a 5 star customer service for handling our rental application ! Polite helpful and acting super fast…. Everything was done very professionally and we thank you for everything you done for us! Very knowledgeable
