Highly recommended! I called a few places regarding my salt system and nobody was really interested in helping me figure out the problem. I received many texts from NeverGreen trying to figure out the problem. They came to my house only to discover that a wire was disconnected in the panel. I really appreciated the help as I find this pool stuff very frustrating. Will definitely be calling again when I have issues.

I called Chad on a sand filter problem I was having (or at least what we thought was a sand filter problem!), and he assessed the problem over the phone. I was ready to spend $600-$800 right away on a new filter and he nailed the issue over the phone (at no cost)! Thank you very much Chad!! You will be our first call next time we need anything, and will refer you whenever possible!! Sean

Seeing as my husband is owner my review will be biased, however I will share that I know first hand how passionate he is about quality workmanship and about customer satisfaction. He and his business partner are two of the hardest working people I've ever known and they have bored me to tears many times discussing pool and spa related matters that I don't know the first thing about.

The saddest thing about selling our house with a pool will be not having Chad and Drew coming by to open/close and check in on our pool. For 11 years (even before they started their company) they have patiently answered every question, stopped by if I was concerned and taught me to be a capable and competent pool owner. They are exceptional pool professionals!
