Microdental Hamilton

May 30,2022This has nothing to do with the quality of the dental products.I want my husband’s experience ( our family’s) known to all. He was hired to be the delivery driver at the Hamilton office and did his training. Today was supposed to be his first day on his own. It’s been a very long and stressful weekend because our vehicle broke down. It may be fixed later today but not if the issue is worse. My husband called on Sunday and left a message and explained the situation and said “ if someone wants to come get me, I will gladly work.” There is a company vehicle that I’m sure someone could have come picked him up instead of being without a driver! No one called him this morning so he phoned to make sure that they got his message. The manager answered the phone and my husband explained the situation. The manager answered and was quite rude. So my husband waited until the office was open to speak to the Brittney (front desk)., she said she just got in and transferred the call to the manager! How wonderful! The manager was of course ignorant again not caring how obviously this affecting our life too. The managers last words were “We depend on our drivers”. My husband said “ok then bye”! He has been so upset with the car being broke, not being able to start his job, that he didn’t deserve this from a person who is supposed to be a MANAGER!if my husband didn’t want the job he wouldn’t have applied, did the training! Now after giving his notice to his previous job, HE HAS NO JOB!I pray to God, the owner is reading this message!Jo-Anne RIPENBURG
