From the front desk staff, to the massage therapist, to the physiotherapist & the director, they are fantastic.My daughter is an athlete & has had several injuries this past year & the physiotherapist Afsaneh Azari was absolutely fantastic. Her treatment is personalised & she genuinely cared for my daughter’s return to sport. She goes above & beyond to ensure that she is totally ready to go back. Her years of experience & human touch, with genuine care is what makes her successful in what she does. I went to get a massage therapy, I wanted a deep tissue massage. My friend had hyped this place so much, I had to try. My appointment was 1:30 I reached there 10 minutes early. I kept sitting for 15 minutes, filled the form then the masseuse came and discussed I changed and started the massage it was a good massage when I realised it was over already. I had booked for 45 minutes, I don’t believe it was more than 30 minutes. But whatever I got was good quality. I want to give it one more chance because I liked the massage and her technique.

I was suffering from a severe backpain and decided to check emerald physio. Zara at the reception was extremely sweet and welcoming. She realised I was in immense pain and addressed to me immediately. Inspite of having a busy schedule she accommodated my request for physio and massage. And she was so warm and welcoming.This was my first time getting any physio treatment and wasn't sure how insurance claim works, and that's when Kayvan from management at Emerald came to my rescue. He was extremely patient and guided me through the entire process, attended to all my questions and ensured I had the right understanding of the whole process. And lastly my therapist Afsaneh was such a blessing. She did a 45 session of physio and massage and I felt so much better just after one session. I had a very good experience with emerald and will recommend it to everyone I know. Love the people and the services provided!

This is my first time in this clinic the staffs are very helpful, professional and friendly. I had a lot of massage before but the massages I had here were the best. You should try the services at this clinic once and then you will addict to this clinic.

Since past 6months facing the issue near my pelvic bone muscles. Did all kind of test but everything showed normal and i have been to emerald for different services. I spoke about my current issue to the receptionist there(who are two beautiful ladies: with amazing customer service, kind n welcoming staff) and she referred me to osteopath for my pain to dr.Namegh. His last two session have reduced my long time pain by 30~40% . His work and result have been amazing. Looking forward for further session with dr. Namegh and different services in Emerald physio n wellness centre. Highly recommend dr.Namegh for all kind of injury treatment.
