I have shopped at this Home Depot several times. The parking lot always has cars, but there's plenty of space.Inside, the store is like any other Home Depot. I love coming here as the stuff I get here isn't found anywhere else. Also, the prices are competitive and usually cheaper than competitors.Usually, my first and only stop is at Home Depot. I stopped visiting other stores as they are consistently more expensive.

I came in looming for some wood filler to repair a crack on one of our kitchen cabinet trim. Unfortunately they ran out of the color wood filler that I was looking for. I had to choose a different color to match with my cabinet. Other than that, this store has pretty much everything. Just make sure you check online first to k ow if its available

I went in to the store yesterday to find a lawn sprinkler but couldnt find it. I went and asked a pleasant staff at the counter for directions. She not inly told me were it was, she took me there and stayed until we found what I needed. Her name is Yamani and she made the entire experience fantastic! No stress trying to find help. We exchanged a couple of laughs and I told her that she was a rock star" Great store/great staff!"

We bought stuff from this store on 03/07/2023 for around $2000 for our new company and we chose this store for our shopping. It took us about 3 hours to shop around . During our time in store, we were followed by asset protection team and treated like we were thieves and were gonna run away with this whole stuff. Missy ! I gott a tip for ya , You should try to blend in more from onwards .Lady at contractor help disk did an amazing job though. Thank you so much for your help mam. But we not gonna visit this store again.

My Home Depot shopping experience was fantastic today! The staff was extremely friendly and eager to assist me in finding items that I had trouble locating. Cody Derksen the Pro sales representative, enrolled New Class Painting in their Contractor Program and thoroughly explained the benefits, including managing receipts and helping keep the business that much more organized, to all the great contractor deals I was missing. I am grateful for the exceptional service and look forward to becoming one of Home Depot's pro contractors!

I ordered Khaki colored vertical blinds. I received light grey blinds! Home Depot is saying it's a different dye lot" What? I paid $850. I'm a senior & saved. Yes I'm crying."

Poor customer service despite there being many employees around. Why even have an assistance button in the power tool aisle if no one will come anyways? I had to tell 3 different cashiers I needed help. Why aren’t employees trained to do the simple task of retrieving a product behind a cage?When an employee finally came over 15 minutes later he asked me to help him move a ladder. I did help but that’s really strange.The website said 3 were in stock but he had trouble finding it. He began telling me about how half the Walmarts were closing in the states because of shoplifting and that the 3 drills were probably stolen. Lo and behold he finally found all 3 sitting in an aisle. Odd fella.

Needed some landscape edge. Manager had key to back storage. Had to wait and wait while they finished with another customer.They need to sort that out and get another key holder so people can get what they need.Staff very helpful otherwise.

Had a carpet cleaner rental. Went to the tool rental area. 3 people that worked at Home Depot were doing nothing in the tool rental area. I waited. They didn’t even acknowledge me. So I left. Took my business elsewhere. Won’t be going back. Just a waste of time. Thank you!
