Dr. Theresa Holler

Theresa is a decent doctor but her receptionist Pamela acts really entitled and never receives calls! Busier a doctor gets, better their receptionist should be to avoid unreasonably long wait times and scheduling errors. Also, scheduling a phone call for a clearly stated high priority issue with one's ENT system doesn't make any sense and seems to be focused only on making the doctor twice the money to address one issue! Also the phone call was conducted by one of Theresa's student which is completely unacceptable! These are the people that break our healthcare system!

Doctor Theresa Holler my surgeon is one of the best doctors I deal with, an excellent Patient Care in her clinic, pre and post the surgery and definitely she is a professional doctor.Explaining the procedure, answering all the questions patiently and discussing the plan for care.No doubt with her knowledge and skills.I had the surgery in Oakville Trafalgar memorial hospital OTMH .I'm happy with the results and would recommend Doctor Theresa Holler for sure.Thank you

I have been a patient of Dr. Holler for over 3 years now.Dr Holler is an excellent ENT highly skilled, polite and caring. Her receptionist Pam is very efficient, helpful and compassionate.I am very impressed with the entire team and I am thankful to be a patient at this practice.

Dr Theresa Holler has been a blessing in my life. She listens and is caring. I have never had an issue with an appointment or treatment at her office and have been seeing her since her diagnosis of a rare disease in 2019. To the patient who complained about a student assessing them for treatment please talk to Dr Hollar about why she implemented this. Wait times for specialists are very long in Ontario and she is working to improve this in her practice.

I did not have a chance to meet with the doctor.However, after 2-3 months from the appointment, a physician (not the main doctor) called me to offer nose drops, and I know I need surgery. then to give you an appointment after another 6 months for a physical appointment with the doctor. no time of the appointment has been given no emails no paper no reminders only verbal phone calls. as a result the appointment is missed after 9 months due to the lack of details from the clinic admin side.reschedule again need 4 months.The recipient is very rude, blames you, and any blame to the admin system considers it bullying and threatens you with legal actions, and shut the phone call while you are talking.such kind of recipient lacks the basics of customer service and honestly, they are shaping the healthcare reputation in Canada.

Great! First experience it was done on the phone but the gentleman was very professional but also caring to my needs and my concerns and I have to do some tests and the explained it perfectly and I appreciate it the fact that he spoke to me so kindly. Dr. Holler had to perform two biopsies on my nose to try to figure out what was going on. She always treated me with respect and spoke to me Kindly and explained everything to me and made me feel better with what was going on. I never had any doubt that I was in the best hands with her and her staff.

Exceptional Dr. Helped Diagnose my father with cancer. The procedure at Oakville Memorial was clean, respectable. She is caring, efficient, exceptionally knowledgable, sensitive, and very professional. Would highly recommend.
