They were amazing at helping me get a booster shot! I’m from out of province and didn’t know the regulations about registering but they were super helpful and I still got my booster! Pharmacist and staff are super nice

I’ve never felt compelled to write a Google review before, but after my experience there today I just feel the need to do or say something. I was referred there by my mom and from the second I walked through the door it was an amazing experience. The people were courteous and efficient and John is a wealth of (happy) information. And he explains things simply so it’s easy to grasp what he’s saying. I can’t use enough superlatives to accurately describe my experience, so I will just say “Go there, meet John and experience it for yourself.”

I had been trying to get an appointment to get a booster shot. for several weeks I was getting nowhere.Finally yesterday I used a tool called Book My shot and was directed to several places close to where I live.Apple-Hills Medical Pharmacy was the closest and I filled in an on-line form to try to get an appointment.In less than an hour I got an email telling me I could now book an appointment, and to my shock, they had an appointment for the next day. I selected the time and booked and today I went and got my shot.They are located in a tiny spot on Bloor Street, close to Dixie and they have their own parking there. Not huge, but perfectly adequate and super convenient for seniors who don't want to walk too far.I include a shot of the place which I took from Google Maps. thank you Google Streetview.I cannot praise them too much. the experience was very simple and trouble free. The owner-Pharmacist, John is super nice. He was quick to respond to my questions.concerns and gave a lovely, pain free shot.I was saddened to learn that John and his team have had no break for the past 2 years, which really underlines the terrible situation for first line responders and caregivers.I salute these brave and dedicated people. Thank you for being there for us.

John and his entire team are great to work with. John's and his staffs' knowledge and attention are second to none. I have asked questions about my mother in law who is not even a customer here and they are willing to sit down and discuss questions. I am very pleased with apple hills medical pharmacy and would recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable pharmacy. Great job and keep up the great work!

So friendly and they deliver, which is great when you’re busy looking after someone else or feeling under the weather yourself. They treat you like family…not “the next customer” in line.

I have a terrible phobia of needles, and have been coming here for the last couple years for all my vaccines. I strongly recommend this pharmacy for its staff to anyone looking to get a vaccine

He displays a genuine care and commitment to his clients and their respective health needs. John makes his availability to patients a priority. He's answered many questions for me over the years and has helped me through a serious illness. His team also demonstrates personal attentiveness and a high level of professionalism. The phone app is very convenient for refills and medication histories.I received my flu and covid vaccines here too. For many years, My family have been customers of Apple Hills pharmacy. We have found the counter staff to be polite, courteous, knowledgeable and informative. They have shown to be helpful whenever we have questions. In addition to this, the pharmacists are experts in their field. Not only do they provide advise when asked but also they are proactive, informing us of any potential issue with our medications and suggesting remedies. Very professional.
