It was a 10/10 experience! We had our booking with Mohammad and he did an exquisite job! Such a thorough and detailed work! He cleaned the vents, floor, ceiling, all windows, balcony divider - all without dripping any water onto the lower units. He was very friendly and pleasant. Arrived on time and completed everything within half an hour! Would highly recommend!

The service we received from the balcony cleaners were excellent. Batty and his co-worker did a great job and made our balcony spotless. they cleaned the windows and our air conditioner as well which was amazing. thanks to them we can turn on our air conditioner and enjoy our balcony once again. i will definitely recommend this company if you are looking for balcony cleaners, they were respectful, polite and considerate. they respected our space and privacy especially because our father wasn't home. they made sure to get consent before performing any tasks to ensure we were on board beforehand. We used this service for two years in a row and we are absolutely happy with the quality of cleaning they do. We had some pigeon mess on the balcony in our condo and the balcony doesn’t have a water source. The guys were able to perfectly clean everything and the balcony looks just perfect. I live on a busy street with a lot of construction and so my balcony gets quite dusty and grimey. Abdul did a great job cleaning years of dirt. He was professional and efficient and didn't spill water onto my neighbours/pedestrians below (a big concern in my building). Balcony Cleaners was easy to schedule and quick to respond. Will use them again!

I searched for some time to find a cleaning service in Ottawa to deal with my balcony that had been taken over by pigeons. The Balcony Cleaners (TBC) responded and provided excellent service at a reasonable price. They restored my balcony to its original state and also offered additional services to prevent pigeons from returning. I give them a 10/10 for their quality of work, customer service and pricing.

Abdul did a fantastic job cleaning our balcony and the surrounding area/surfaces; he truly made the balcony look brand new! He even went as far as to clean my partner's bike, our furniture, and even our dogs potty pad (totally unnecessary but wow, what a nice bonus!). I highly recommend him and the Balcony Cleaners, and will be using the company again in the future.

We had Balcony Cleaners come to clean our balcony and large rooftop patio, plus they cleaned the railings and some windows. We were super impressed with this service and have now used them twice! The cleaner who came was friendly, professional, and swift yet thorough with the work. We were very pleased by the result and would recommend as well as use the company again.

Roman did an excellent job! He was kind, informative and did a thorough cleaning of my balcony (spider treatment, washed concrete, window and window pane cleaning). I'm terrified of spiders and he made sure to get every nook and cranny! He was on time and efficient. Would definitely recommend! Looking forward to using my balcony now.
