Don't bother with this shop! Place is missing quality customer service. I had a cover made which does not fit at all and there is no willingness to right the mistake. I have been told it is the customers responsibility to make sure all the measurements are done right - apparently as a customer you sign and agree on the measurements taken and take the full responsibility for the outcome?!

Went in to have new foam put in my couch cushions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Showed me samples of my options....gave me pricing options. Even changed the cushions on their couch so I could try out the different thicknesses and firmness. Cushions were ready in 2 business daysWould totally recommend!

After searching extensively, we found exactly the right foam for our couch re-upholstery at the Foam Shop. The store was well-organized and they had a wide sampling of high-quality products to try-out and choose from. Above all, we appreciated the friendly service, expert advice and the uncomplicated selection process. Our visit to the Foam Shop was a pleasant and rewarding experience.

I had a very positive experience at this foam shop today . The staff was very professional, polite and so helpful ! I came into the shop needing some foam to cover a very awkwardly shaped piece for my boat. The manager kindly found me a piece of foam that was in the shop’s “scrap pile”, made a template and cut it out for me, all at no charge. I would recommend this foam shop without hesitation to anyone!!!

Purchased new foam for our boat bed a couple of months ago from the Foam Shop ,they made a mistake ( wrong firmness) but would not make it right. I was told because I did not try it out for two months that they would not fix their screw up. Went to the Foam Zone and found out it was not even marine grade foam, which I had asked and paid for. The Foam Zone set me up with the proper product and were friendly and knowledgeable, also a much better price. Bottom line go to a place that stands behind the product they sell you!!!Update replied with contact info and no word back

The staff were very helpful, and knowledgeable. I had them replace my sofa cushions, and they were done within 5.5 hours. The new cushions restored so much life into sofa that I won't be having to buy a new one. My back already feels so much better since replacing the cushions and I'm so happy the foam shop offers this service. Will definitely be back in the future.

After having the foam I bought from them for a while now I am very pleased with how great it is and how comfortable it has made my repair. The service was friendly and would totally buy from here again. only down side was the price but you truly get what you pay for.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I called to have foam inserts for a tool box, they said they had everything in stock, and price was around $27. I drove down, went it, and everything fell apart. Turns out they didnt have what they said they did, and I was then quoted $67 to have the foam supplied. When I asked for the workers name to pass along how poorly I was treated, they refused and told me to leave a google review if I was upset. Avoid shopping here at all costs if you want integrity or customer service.I drove to the foam zone and they had everything in stock that day for cheaper.
