Longest wait every morning, staff is not organized. They are out of at least one ingredient to make a wrap every morning. Drive threw takes about 25 mins the last few times I have gone through with only 3 people infront of me. Not very fast service.Hopefully it gets better as the staff gets brought up to speed but for now it's terrible.

Rushed by impatient worker came off as very rude and giving very sloppily made wrap. I don't normally make comments like this but it was enough of an experience to warn others for.

Workers are mean. If they don’t wanna work they shouldn’t. Grumpy attitude basically shoved the order to me. Just dropped the straws in front of me when my hand was out and ready to grab it.Guy and girl busy arguing at the coffee machine. Poor attitude. Don’t wanna go back. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Well another tim experience...rude service and once again their watered down coffee. Not even drinkable. Last time I'm going there. This new breed of franchise owners are destroying the reputation of what was once a great place to get great coffee

I went thru the drive thru and ordered a breakfast meal with a medium black coffee. When I took a sip of the coffee it was terrible. Tasted bitter and burnt. Deffinately not up to Tim's standad for coffee. I couldn't stomach it, so chucked it. So much for a fresh pot every 20 minutes. I will give this Tim's a pass in the future.

Truckers not being served. I get this pandemic times we live in but truckers bring the freight in too. If there wasn't truckers, there wouldn't be timmies. This is a problem at many locations, starting to make me rethink my coffee and breakfast choices. If Tim Hortons cared about us truckers, they'd figure something else out by now. Hell we almost all have cell phones, curb side ordering? I'ma just start going to smaller cafe's and start supporting the local businesses in the communities I drive thru. I give up on timmies. Guess I'm not rethinking it anymore.

Went to Timmies this morning and I know they are open at 5:00 a.m. Going through the drive thru..not once but twice..and no service! The baker comes out and and she says she cannot get a hold of the manager..the next person starts at 6:00 a.m.. Not happy about this! I know from experience that when stores start up there are kinks in the project but not being able to get a hold of the manager in these situations is not good! Managers are supposed to oversee their operations and provide solutions and answer their phone calls!
