Fusion unexpectedly served us with some unique foods you won't find around here!The food, first of all, is definitely tasty and of good quality. We order Daal Makhani, Kerala Paratha, Aappam, Vegetable Stew, Tandoori Roti, and Butter Naan. The Daal Makhani was made in a different style which I did not like, but others did so that is just my taste. The other food was great, and served hot! Something I like about this food is that it tastes so fresh which I rarely see!The staff was nice and often checked up on us to see if we need anything, and the service is fairly quick. The ambience is lovely, and I just love the restaurant design! The cutlery, plates, and cups are all clean, and so are the bathrooms, chairs, tables, and overall restaurant interior.I will revisit this restaurant, and I definitely recommend it!

Fusion Authentic Indian Cuisine
We went here yesterday with few friends and enjoyed the great ambient of the restaurant. I was not in love with the food but it was not too bad. Their naan were good but dosa paper and masala didn’t had salt and they were also not hot when it was served. But we didn’t complain them or ask them to replace it for us so I can’t blame the restaurant as well. They were pretty fast in terms of service as well.

Ordered takeout for some veggie food. It was a huge hit among our party. Great portions, well packaged, and it was all really tasty - esp the mushroom curry. We really appreciate the service that was provided. It was prompt and the people were very nice and communicative

Tandoori chicken was some of the best I have had in a while. The vegetables that come with it was a cheap salad of just lettuce and carrots, but I was too focused on the meat to care. Good ambience and friendly staff too. Will definitely be going back again

Tried their food thrice in the last week. Ordered lamb rogan josh, chicken mulligatawny soup on ubereats. Both were good, specially the rogan josh. Then one day tried their chicken biriyani. I didn’t like that item much. The other day we had lamb kadai gosh with plain naan. Those were good as well. Will try their different items if I get the chance.

Excellent food. We ordered special Biryani, tandoori pomfret, and masala dosa, and each item was very good. The amount of oil was very limited, which we really liked. The service was fast and efficient.

We ordered one tray of Malabar Chicken Biriyani for a function. It was amazing. Everybody really like it.We also tried dine in few times. Overall, it was a great experience.

An absolute lovely experience; from being welcomed at the door, to receiving our delicious meal, to being asked if we would “hopefully” come back again…10 out of 10.Thank you so much for a wonderful evening out. We ordered takeout often throughout 2020-2022, but this was our first dine-in experience. We highly recommend enjoying the beautiful dining room and kind service.
