Maybe I just had a bad experience?Front desk personnel performed what appeared to be her first time waxing someone’s back.- not enough wax in that room, went to get another pot to heat up- many many half pulls and lots of sorry’s- hit in the face by one shoulder pull- bleeding from both shoulders.Terrible experience and gave no direction afterward how care for it at home. Poor English. They asked for a review, I gave them an review and never heard anything from them. Wouldn’t recommend.

I have had a few different facials here and it's always a great experience. The staff are so friendly and I love the products they carry as well. The lash serum, exfoliating cleanser and sunscreen specifically have become my go to products. Love this place!

I went in for teeth whitening and was less than impressed with the experience. My teeth were barely noticeably lighter, and had severe blotches. The technician said the blotches would fade within a few hours, but it lasted for 2 days. The technician was not wearing a mask, which is a little uncomfortable when they are getting that close to your unmasked face in order to place the product inside of your mouth, and she wreaked of cigarettes and was attempting to get rid of the cigarette breath while chewing gum with her mouth wide open. The whole experience was not great and for the price, its pretty disappointing. Would not recommend.

I went here for body sculpting/contouring. I bought 10 sessions with Sia and while the treatments were good, the service was so much better. Sia made me feel like she was my best friend; nonstop, chatting, and joking around. She remembers absolutely everything you tell her which really shows what a great person she is. I will definitely be back!
