We are extremely pleased with the great service Ascent has given us these past years. The agent assigned to our building, has been one of their best, always getting things done when asked. I can't imagine not having this company looking after us the way they have been. I highly recommend them.

Called to setup a homeowner account to access my strata portal. All 2 persons I talked to (strata manager and client relation supervisor (Avi)) were familiar with their system and provided assistance with much patience.I talked to Avi about my client's need to setup a homeowner portal access and he was very patience and polite explaining what's required from my client.

Dealing with strata management companies and the constant rotation of managers can certainly be a challenge. As strata president for my building I have experienced numerous companies and managers over the years and it has not often positive. I am writing to commend Lauren Keller, who i am currently assigned to by Ascent . Lauren has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only is she professional, she is genuine, efficient, friendly and an absolute breath of fresh air. Lauren is a great communicator and a trustworthy representative for our building. Dealing with a Strata is challenging and especially complicated in an older building; as many in Greater Vancouver are.However, Ascent Management, and our Strata Representative William, really do their best to accommodate and solve all our Strata's needs - Thank you sincerely for a JOB WELL DONE!I hope I speak for the majority in our Well Run Building, that you have done, and know you will continue to do your BEST!

This company is absolutely atrocious to deal with. I have had a number of issue with them and the latest was I reported a maintenance issue two weeks ago and have not received a confirmation that they received the email or are doing anything. Even though I cannot use my kitchen sink, they simply do not respond. Every time I have had to deal with an employee from this company, it has been absolutely awful. From the Manager Milena to the ever changing staff, they are rude and unhelpful if you do ever receive a response. Avoid using this company if you can, the responses they are posting below all seem fabricated lies and excuses, and the issues with this company are real.... They are highly incompetent...

Ascent has been a 'breath of fresh air' since our switch to their professional services. We are a relatively young strata, 6 years and have experienced 4 different strata managers with 2 different companies prior to switching to and inheriting Lauren Keller in the process.Lucky us, on top of being just plain pleasant to deal with, professional and both effective and efficient in all dealings, she is personable when interacting on any issue. Should a mistake occur or misunderstanding become evident. their is an immediate resolution to get everyone back on same page.I'm not blowing smoke, she is that good and Mill House Strata thanks her for being our Ascent rep. and who she is as an individual.

I have been using Ascent Property Management for over 8 years to manage my investment properties throughout the lower mainland. Milena and her team have always provided a prompt & reliable management service to my tenants and myself whenever issues arise. I have always been provided a quick response to any inquiries from my personalized agent. Their services come with professional and detailed accounting financial reports for properties managed. I highly recommend Ascent if you’re a property owner in need of investment property management in the lower mainland.

Ascent has been managing my property now for 2+ years. Our lead property manager Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent solutions to our problems. She is very responsive and treats the property like it is her own. I appreciate the cost saving measures and approach they take to try and keep things in line to meet our yearly budgets. Overall I am very happy with the service we have received and would recommend to others. Sarah has been a great pleasure to do business with and she is a top tier asset to Ascent.Couple of minor notes:1. Managing a building with a multitude of personalities is not an easy task. Please be respectful when dealing with property managers.2. You can't fulfill everyone's desires and it's not always feasible to address every complaint at a moments notice.3. The property management company still needs to seek approval from their respectful council, so it takes time and it's not always the decision of the management firm.

I've been very happy with Ascent as our Property Management team. In particular, I would like to highlight the work that Lauren has done as our property manager. She is very responsive to emails and any concerns we have had. She is insightful with her feedback on any matters concerning the strata. She is also helpful coordinating vendors for maintenance. This has been particularly helpful with us as a small strata complex. Appreciate the help Lauren has given us to keep our strata running smoothly.1 point off for Condo Café not having a very user-friendly interface.

This is a flat outright TERRIBLE strata company. I have been harassed by someone for years. This person recently sent in numerous anon complaints about me that have zero grounds. This person pretended to live in the building I live and would anonymously present himself as tho he was a neighbor. The fake complaints sent were suspect. I work night shift and these complaints don’t even line up. The way they handled this situation is so wrong and have costed me my living space. After speaking with a lawyer, with RTB and many others I have grounds for a lawsuit for the costs they have now caused me. Follow EVERYONES advice… do NOT rent from any building if this is the property management company and do NOT buy a property with them managing either.
