Olympian School of Swimming (Midland)

My 4-year-old son nearly drowned in Markham location. When I looked at my phone for a minute and then looked up at my son, he had disappeared into the water, and then I saw a dad sitting by the pool. My son was pulled out of the water by him. He was choking on the water, but the teacher didn't notice him. The sanitation of the swimming pool is also terrible. I think that to save money and not change the water, the water has become viscous, and bubbles are easily formed due to desperately adding medicine. I must write these here now so that there are no more children from dangers that could have been avoided.I'm amazed at how quickly the merchants respond; it's ridiculous that you guys should be ashamed. Because logically, everyone should be able to understand that you don't even know my child's name, so you can find out so quickly that it didn't happen at your school, right? After five years, I finally put down my heart and wrote a comment to tell everyone the truth. Google has my phone number. Please call me to verify. I comment anonymously and don't want you to harass me.

Excellent programs, coaches & teachers! Owner is a kind and generous person whom we've known for 12 years. All 3 of our children have participated in the Olympian programs for the past 12 years...the Learn to swim, Olympic Way and our middle daughter is on the competitive team, which she loves!! The oldest daughter has completed all programs including the Cross, Medalion and the NLS with Olympian as well as teaches swimming there now. Our youngest is still in the Learn to swim and thoroughly enjoys her time there! We would highly recommend this swim club... a fantastic place for children to learn & excel!

Gary and the staff of Olympian Swimming are professional, knowledgeable and respectful. My son has been swimming at Olympian for 9 years. He has completed the Blue Program and is currently in the Orange Program at the Midland location. He is registered for the Bronze Cross and is looking forward to joining the swim team in September. I would like to take this time to thank all the staff at Olympian Swimming. Great coaches, programming and facility! My daughter loves it here, she went from not knowing any swimming techniques to now being in competitive swimming! As a matter of fact I highly recommend Olympian Swimming School to anyone who is looking for quality teaching.

My 3 kids have been swimming with Olympian for more than 10 years. During those 10 years my kids have learnt so much from there coaches. Not only did the coaches teach my kids how to swim, but they taught them life lessons that will stick with them forever. The coaches at Olympian have an excellent ability to teach kids how to swim. Swimming is an important life skill. Not only is it fun for my kids but I get my moneys worth.

Both of my children started with learn to swim program since they were 3 and 4 years old at Warden location. They moved on to the Olympic way program at Midland location. Now 6 years later they both joined Torch swim club. Coaches and owners Gary and Shauna are very passionate about what they are doing and they are doing a fantastic job!

Our kids have been going to Olympian for a long time. We have gone to all three locations and the staff has been great. Our children have been a part of the Learn to Swim, Pre-Competitive and Competitive program. It has been taught and coached by caring staff. Gary is passionate about the kids learning swimming. We have and will recommend this swimming Centre to other family and friends.

What an amazing place to have your child learn to swim! The owners are fantastic and caring. The coaches they hire really know how to teach! My son has been swimming with Olympian since he was two years old. He completed all the 12 learn to swim levels and is now on their competitive swim team. Definitely check this swim school out!
