North Kamloops AW. The cashiers are rude, cold and robotic. No offer of help even though my friend is elderly and going blind. I have issues too. The staff need to be taught customer service. Not going again. It felt like being booked into jail. Never have btw).

Nice clean A&W. The guy serving me today (July 9, 2023) was extremely friendly but not in an annoying way. Food was exactly as expected and very quick.

I only ordered an strawberry banana smoothy and onion rings and friend ordered frozenrootbeer a teen burger and fries well the counter gal was very rude and snooty plus she totally forgot to order it but charged for so service was shotty in my i"

The food is good. They got my drive thru order right. The wait was a touch long and the onion rings were delicious... but they had lost the majority of their shells ro the bottom of the bag. I ate them all and they were very good - but I also feel like I shouldn't have to reassemble my five dollar onion rings. So yes the food and service get 4 stars.. but the overall experience loses a star for dissassembled onion rings.

Wonderful staff - we went for breakfast in the morning on a weekday in the middle of the week and we were served by a wonderful lady (no visible name tag so can’t say her name) but she was very friendly ! The food is good —And since A&W is a BC based chain, we went there for breakfast - let’s encourage Canadian businesses even fast-food chains instead of McDonald’s !!! 5 stars wonderful!PS : to management / franchise owner : please allow the tip option when paying by card !!!!
