Property Wizard - Outstanding Window, Roof, and Gutter Cleaning

I called Property Wizards because I watched them working on a neighbor's home. Vassili came out to meet me and listen to my needs. He provided me a written quote right away and followed up with a detailed quote that evening by email. They booked me in quickly and today the work was done. I did moss removal and treatment, gutters, they removed a satellite dish left by previous owners and filled the holes and hauled away, my driveway was power washed and windows washed. The crew was personable and professional and dressed smart. What a good clean up job. The prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company. For the single ladies if you need a little extra done and can pay for it do not be afraid to ask. Property Wizards are happy to help. Thank you guys for a job well done.

I had these guys demoss my roof, clean my gutters and clean my windows. They were to my house on time and super friendly when I arrived home. They appeared to be using all the correct fall arrest PPE which was very important to me when I hired them. Really happy with the work that was done and would definitely hire them again in the future.

This is the second time I have used property wizards on a six-plex rental. There’s a lot of coordination with six tenants having to remove screens and leave windows closed during a heat wave but property wizards was very flexible and professional. Probably due to extra fast drying times in the heat, the windows were not perfect after their first attempt. Vassili responded immediately to my concerns, and every effort was made to correct the problem as soon as possible. It is reassuring when things don’t go as planned that you are dealing with a reputable company that values its reputation. I highly recommend using Property Wizards as they take pride in their work.

Our house needed the gutters cleaned, and was also interested in having gutter guards installed. The team arrived on time, did a good job, and cleaned up after themselves. Would call them again.

Great guys came on time and cleaned all our windows, inside and out. We paid their minimum (250$) but in hindsight feel they should have asked if they could do our mirrors and glass as the price was high for the less than hour they spent here. They did an excellent job and we would have them back but definitely would clarify what they can do, could do, and would do for the price paid. I think they would have been very open to that conversation and feel they should explain more of their services to the customer so the customer feel like they are getting the best bang for their buck. If you have a ton of windows and glass to have cleaned these 2 guys will do a great job.

Vassily and his team were great to work with. The process from start to finish was very smooth and organized.Jay and Max did a marvellous power washing job to all allotted areas in our front and backyard. They were very efficient, courteous and respectful and arrived promptly on the scheduled days. Also, Jay and Austin did a great job installing polymeric sand to the pavers along our footpath.We are very pleased with Vassily and his team. I sent in a request for window cleaning, and they were able to fit our office in two days later. Our windows needed lots of TLC, and the cleaned right to the corners, with no leftover residue showing. The windows literally shined after! Lots of comments, and our landlord ended up booking them again for window washing/power washing for the entire building.

I recently have them to clean my roof, and I must say, their service was exceptional. From start to finish, they displayed professionalism and expertise in their work.The results were outstanding. My roof looks brand new, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Definitely recommend!
