Perfect Post Hole Kitchener

Terrible customer service. They tried to boldly overcharge us on an up charge for work done to our home and were extremely aggressive and ignorant when we questioned the up charge and asked to see backup. Turned out that the charge was significantly higher than it should have been.Very unprofessional and confrontational. I would not recommend them or use them again in the future.

While we weren't able to work with Eric due to scheduling constraints, he was exceptionally kind and responsive. He provided a fair fence quote, arranged the locates, and came to see the yard on short notice. He was very flexible and provided us with different solutions that might work for us, which was very appreciated.

We had post holes dug and posts installed for a large backyard fence. Eric and his team were friendly, communication was good, and they were on time, fast and efficient. They even managed to navigate through my garden space and were careful not to damage any plants. Would definitely recommend!

We had organised to have a fence on both sides of my property done on a Monday. I took the day off work in order to help in any way I could. One side of the property was clear to dig, the other had the sections removed but the posts remained. I did this so that if there were issues, I could re-erect the fence since the neighbour has a pool. I was home all day, waiting for him to show up so I could clear the rest of the fence. Eric never showed. He never called until I called him, he got back to me hours later and said the next day. I couldn't afford to take two days off so I organized a friend to be there the Tuesday to clear the posts IF he showed. When he did, he was late. He proceeded to talk down to my girlfriend. He was incredibly rude, and hostile. I have video of him aggressively pulling on an adjacent fence (one that we would be attaching to). He complained that there would be roots (don't know what he expected since I told him there were trees). He asked my girlfriend for locate info (I contacted other post companies, he's the only one who doesn't get his own), and while she was getting them, he packed his equipment, and left without a word like a coward.If you want a job done right (or done at all) I do not recommend Eric. If you want to be treated like a lesser individual however, I DO recommend Eric.Eric is not a good worker, he's not a good person, he's not someone I would trust to do anything. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. HE IS A JOKE.Edit: he has responded to this and lied in many ways: the date was the 29th. I had somebody coming to remove obstacles (which he left out). The areas near utilities had already been hand dug by me, he was over 6 meters from the conduit that did not come inside his work area, the canoe was 4 feet away from any other obstacle. Somehow in all this, he never denied being mean, rude, and unprofessional to my girlfriend. I find that telling of his character. If he believes otherwise, he's as delusional and he is incompetent.I do agree with him on one thing: he was abundantly disorganized.

I can’t say enough great things about the team at Perfect Post Hole. Eric was timely with getting back to me for a quote, worked within my budget and the team delivered the best product. They were efficient and fantastic to work with. Highly recommend!

Eric's estimate was the most reasonable compare to all other contractors I've contacted. Eric and his crew did the job as promised. I am very happy with my deck. Hightly recommend Perfect Post Hole if you are looking to hire knowledgeable and honest contractor.

Couldn't have asked for better! They were very responsive, and professional. They were also very transparent about their pricing and what needed to be done. They were so easy to work with. When the team arrived, they did an outstanding job and were very efficient. They double checked their work a few times to make sure it was a job well done and made sure we were happy before the left. I had Eric personally install the posts about 2 years ago at my home. This summer, I noticed that one of the posts came out of the ground. I tried calling perfect post to have them come out and inspect the post but no one did. I spoke to his daughter which promised that Eric will call back and he never did. I called back and was told that Eric was sick and was asked to try again in a few weeks. In a few weeks I called and left a message and no one called back.Due to timing I was not able to wait any longer and decided to fix it myself. After removing the fence I was literally able to kick forward the post with a few blows and pick it up from the ground. After further investigation it appears the post was buried about 3ft down max and only had about 7 inches of concrete depth around the post. It seems initially when the concrete was adhered to the post and during winter pushed it out until the concert dislodged from the post.I also had to remove a few more posts because I needed to get some heavy machinery and noticed that another post had a similar problem.I understand that not every job turns out to be good. But a contractor who does not stand behind his work can’t be trusted. This is why I cannot recommend Perfect Post Hole to anybody.

Eric does great high quality work. We couldn't be happier with the deck we had him do this spring! He's also extremely professional and prompt with followups and responses. Highly recommend him and his team!
