Lexus of Royal Oak

We recently purchased a new RX350h from Royal Oak Lexus and my experience was beyond exceptional. Charles from the sales team was very knowledgeable and professional. The whole process was transparent and straightforward, I was extremely grateful that he was able to secure a car for us within a relatively short period of time, especially given the current shortage of production. Candice from financing team was equally impressive, she patiently explained the financing process in a clear and concise manner. Her friendly and courteous attitude made us feel comfortable and valued. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and expertise of Royal Oak Lexus, and I would highly recommend Charles and Candice to anyone in the market for a new Lexus.

My experience with Lexus of royal oak started about a year ago and was excellent. Anita showed us the vehicle of interest and answered all of our questions professionally and quickly. Finance options and cash options were given and wait times given. We ended up deciding on a different vehicle altogether at a different dealership. There were no comments from Anita pushing the Lexus product over our choice. She simply said she was there if we needed to talk to her again in the future. We waited about 8 months and the other vehicle had no delivery date in sight.We got back in touch with Anita after our long wait and again all options were given to put a deposit down and get in the que for an NX 350h. No pushy comments made and no sly remarks for going with another vehicle over the Lexus in the first place.Within a month of putting our deposit down, Anita called us with an opportunity to put our name on a vehicle that came available because a customer decided against their order. We snatched up the offer.Anita was very informative with delivery times and possible delays on delivery and kept us very well informed. She has excellent communication with her clients and is incredibly patient.We got to talk to Alex and Steven in the finance department and they were both incredibly understanding, friendly and kind.I would recommend Anita as your sales associate at Lexus of Royal Oak. She is what every dealership needs. We are now proud owners of a Lexus and part of the Lexus family. Thank you, Anita and your team.

I had my vehicle detailed here and I was overly impressed. From the moment I walked into service, they knew my name and I felt like I was an honoured guest. What incredible service! When I went to pick-up my vehicle, I couldn't even recognize it! It looked brand new! (For context, I have two young children who are excellent at trashing my car). Thanks Lexus of Royal Oak! This type of service is hard to come by these days.

Been to numerous car dealerships and have bought numerous brands of cars, Lexus of Royal Oak is definitely one of the best experience I have had. Si-King in sales is amazing, bought our first Lexus from him couple years ago right before COVID, getting our second one in coming January from him again. Si-King is friendly, has wealth of knowledge about their brand and their cars. If you are looking for a Lexus, definitely recommend giving him a visit! Nicolas is great as well, you can tell he really takes care of his clients and staffs. Also, David from service is very friendly and professional as well, very accommodating! And to those who are wondering, those two photos I included are taken by my friend couple years ago, will post more next year after possession of the new car!

I was welcomed at the door, I was treated with respect, and felt comfortable the minute I walked in. Jimmy was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It was an easy buy. I don't normally leave an review, but I had an great experience purchasing an new vehicle at the Royal Oak Lexus car dealership. The staff including Si-King, Steve Tran and Lisa were very helpful and knowledgeable. Their friendly demeanor made us feel very welcomed and confident in our purchase.
