Andrew is a very friendly, professional and experience piano tuner. He's been tuning my grand piano for 6 years and another grand piano at church for the past year. There were many issues with the church piano after a rough temperature / humidity changes due to extended time of closure during Covid. He did an amazing work in bringing it back to crisp in tuned state.

Andrew Nikolaev is a wonderful piano tuner, we have been using his service for almost over 10 years. He is always punctual, provides explanation on the work he has done and any advice/suggestions for how to take care of the piano. Mr Nicolaev has been my piano tuner since the Fall of 2018, and like every Fall, he is making sure that our piano is in good shape and is well cared for.We found him when the movers ‘dropped’ our 1929 Heintzman ( completely restored inside) from the truck. I thought the piano was gone as it fell apart… he was able to rebuilt it and give it a sound again.He works extremely fast, he is professional and , of all the tuners I had between Europe and Canada, he is the only one who demonstrated knowledge, honesty and kindness.
