A lovely young lady fixed what another had done to my watch and got it back to me in minutes very pleasant and knowledgeable

Went there to see if a watch bracelet could be replaced. While Jason is very knowledgeable, he is let down by the Bay's system: you have to pay $15 to have the item sent to Vancouver, who then provide an estimate; if you want the item fixed, the $15 is deducted from the repair fee. If you choose not to repair, you're out $15. It also means everything takes longer.Secondly, I had a watch battery replaced. The clerk didn't bother to check if the watch was actually working (it wasn't) after the new battery was installed. So when I returned to complain and ask for a refund, another clerk said, in a voice that suggested I had no right to complain, Well

The repair job was great, quick, and professional. A full service on the very old watch would have been too expensive for the quality of watch so they were honest with me about it and did a complimentary cleaning of the crystal face as well as the requested service of replacing the battery. Really loved the staff.

I would give zero star if I could. I went there to change my watch strap, and the guy and his assistant let me come back in 20 mins( afterwards I knew this from other nice watch repair person, that is never leave your watch when they change something). When I came back, I found there is a hard scratch on the steel lug, apparently they did this when changing the strap because I just bought this brand new watch A Seiko $600 automatic watch. Also on the sapphire glass, all over the greasy fingerprints. I asked why you didn't wipe the fingerprints before handing to customer. That guy and his assistant a women were very arrogant and said that we don't have time right. And they were not busy at all. Wiping the watch glass only takes 5 seconds, and they didn't do it. And they charged very ridiculous 21 dollars for strap changing. The watch repair store in West Edmonton Mall only charge 10 bucks for this. Never go there again! Very upset! Do they know what customer service means? F No!

Jason is the best watch repair person. He took my samsung s5 and ordered a new battery and repaired for a very reasonable price.

My go to place to get my watches battery replaced. Easy, cheap, and quick service!!! Never had a problem with these guys and they always know the correct fix. I even brought my grandpa's watch that had stopped working. It's second hand just refused to budge. 1 day later they had it repaired good as new. Come check them out they are great!

Hours of business shows open until 8 online but sign at kiosk says closed at 7. Make then match. I wasted 25 minutes one way driving to get a new watch resizes. I’m gonna go somewhere else tommorow.

They damaged our watches!! We got three watch batteries replaced and one new watch band. One of them was a anniversary gift that I hold sentimental value to. I specifically went to a watch repair place instead of doing it myself becuase I knew they wouldn't scratch, bend or break anything. After putting it on I noticed a sharp edge on my wrist, well not only did they make long scratches over the back of the watch, they actually chipped the gold plating off!! And bent the edge of the back plate, plus it was installed crooked!!! The other two watches also had scratches on the back and one of them has a bend on the edge of the back plate aswell. they don't even sell my anniversary watch anymore so this was incredibly disappointing. Money back does not fix this issue, if you have any care for you stuff please don't come here.

worse customer service ever.. guy that works there won't accommodate even a 2 min request.. he always makes you wait several hours even when obvious he isn't busy then charges az much as possible.. don't waste your time.. other Bay's with watch repair way better service.. don't know if he's the owner or employee but if employee note to owner you need to have a talk with this guy he's ruining your business and if you are a owner you are ruining your own business hence your poor review ratings. my 3rd and finally last visit here over as many years
