Jaydon and Mario did a 3 bedroom half-duplex for us in just over an hour. Showed up a little early and it looked good when they were done. Seemed pricey, but not sure of the going rate these days, and they were able to get it done in our short timeline. Thanks!

Justin, one of the owners of First General Kamloops, went out of his way to call me on a Sunday right after returning from his vacation to help give my husband and I advice on an urgent matter we had. I used this company to test for water leaks in my basement bathroom. The office staff was friendly and helpful booking the appointment and rescheduling when I was sick. The two Technicians who showed up were professional and friendly and quickly determined the issue and source of water leak. They made reasonable suggestions for next steps and I didn’t feel any upsell. I would use them again and would recommend this company.

My experience with Concord First General was excellent! Jaydon was extremely professional, and the quality of the carpet cleaning he did on my residential home was exceptional. For someone like myself who is very detailed oriented, I was overly impressed. I would highly recommend this company for any of your restoration needs or home carpet cleaning.

Thorough and caring; waved inspection fee so that mould air testing could be afforded. Will repair the house once air testing is done by a third party.

Excellent response time to an emergency flood I had in one of my rentals. They answered my call after hours and gave me sound advice and scheduled me for immediate inspection and cleanup. I manage 100+ rentals in Kamloops and I am so happy with the fast and honest service that I would hire them again for any and all of my other restoration needs.
