Dont work here. Management is the worst, they dont appreciate their part time staff at all and will have multiple part timers in each house hold to avoid giving benefits and extra pay. So they dont have to hire multiple full timers. The managers are rude and will stress you so much. They should notice when a house goes through many part timers because staff cant handle the way management lack of communication and the amount of disrespect that is tolerated so they rather quit.

Community living is an organization that desperately needs a make over. Poor administration, bad communication and low level of transparency in their dealings mark this as an organization that should be revamped from top to bottom. I have made complaint over complaint but nothing gets done. I would love to connect with any legal organization that would help in mandating accountability from this poorly run organization. If I could give this organization a ZERO star I would !!

Worst possible experience there as an ex employee.. horrible management and directorship, can't seem to get anything right and would rather give employees the boot than actually give them room to grow. Would never wish employment there on even my worst enemy!
