Not Sure what happened this was a great Pharmasist team a year ago and now it's a bunch of rude people who don't do there jobs..

My wife has been on medication that she needs to refill every 10 days or so. We were in yesterday (Sunday) and they had none in stock but said they were ordering it and that it would be in today. And if there were any problems getting it, they would call to let her know. It wasn't until 4:30 today that she called was not only told they hadn't received any, but that if she would have to call around to other pharmacies herself and try to find it herself. Luckily, Rose Valley Pharmacy was more than willing and able to step in.Another thing we learned is to keep a very close eye on what they sell you. One time we got 60 pills for ~$34 and the next we got 30 for ~$42 (which prorates to $84 for the same 60). When we questioned why such a drastic price difference, they made some excuse about dispensing fees, availability, etc. All with a hint of attitude too.So final score is: Shoppers: -1 customer; Rose Valley: +1 customer.

Do not get important prescriptions here, They wired and untrustworthy!! Long story so I won't get into all the details but extremely sketchy people who work in the pharmacy. I needed to get some meds transfered to another pharmacy because they didn't have my meds, the other pharmacist told me they were acting wired and didn't want to send my meds.... This place is closer to my house but I will be going anywhere but here.

Fully stocked pharmacy and day to day food items. Milk eggs bacon ect, with much more. Easy to find in the Lake View shopping center off hwy 97 west Kelowna before crossing the bridge from the south side. Easy to find parking with a 1 level entrance with handicap entrance.

Ok so you have a couple massive signs saying your open to 10 but today on Saturday July 30th you closer at 8pm...... false advertising??? Or lazy people that just rather go home then do their jobs.

I get all my prescriptions here, now that I live in west Kelowna. Very professional. They send a text when my prescription are due for renewal. The can also fax doctor to request renewals which is very helpful.

The pharmacy and prescriptions we have filled here are ongoing problems, they either auto fill drugs we have told them to discontinue so don’t listen. Then the prices are all over the place every 3 months for same prescriptions when I question the difference they explain it’s your insurance coverage not us. Well after full investigation they charged 14.30 more same drug in April till July so we are out of pocked and they were not forthcoming. The attitude is terrible and service non existent sad I would expect more from Shoppers. We are switching to a pharmacy that operates above board and forthcoming .

Pharmacy under new ownership and WOW does it show. HORRID customer service, repeatedly! They have ZERO respect for people's time. For ten years we've always been told a time at this pharmacy for med's and they've hit the target, every time. New owner, Nathan, has zero organizational skills or care for the service his pharmacy provides. He's never around the store, so naturally, things are falling apart. Funny how that works! The last two times I've been there and the last two times my wife has been there we've waited and waited and waited and been strung along, waiting in vehicles, making multiple trips because these clowns cannot make their promised time targets. I was just told 20 mins, I waited 30 to give them a little extra, waiting in the truck with my son, to go and wait in a line to be told, oh, it's going to be at least another 40 minutes. Wow, ok so I'll drive home and come back later I guess. I get a call saying it's ready as I'm driving, FOUR minutes after leaving the store. Wow! I guess I'll turn around again and go back to waiting at the store! Horrid Service, completely messing up your schedule and zero respect for peoples' time. NEVER AGAIN. Fired!!! Changed to Rose Valley Pharmacy now and so far they seem very, very good! Worth the extra drive. Klaassen Pharmacy Inc., you don't deserve to be in business with horrendous service like this! I invite everyone who has has issues here to try Rose Valley Pharmacy for a much, much better experience! I've also left my name & phone # for Nathan, the owner to call, zero follow up. Classy!

I'm so disappointed I had to switch over to this location. For some reason, they never have my medication ready until I call to confirm whether it's ready for pick up. My doctor faxed my prescription 4:30pm and I called the next day at 8:30am. I was told that they would get started on it and would be ready for pick up at 10:30am. Unbelievable!! I should not have to call everytime for them to remember to check their faxes and fill my medication. Shoppers on Dobbin Rd had great turn around time and great customer service.

Asked for a product from cosmetics counter, staff person was speaking to another customer service employee, she showed her disdain when we asked if this store sold Graydon products. Very rude and irritated we interrupted her conversation. She said No
