My experience as a tenant renting with Frontenac Property Management has been excellent so far! The rental process was quick and easy. It took less than a week from the time I inquired about the apartment to signing the lease. The unit was well maintained and was spotless when I moved in. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been great and very helpful!

My partner and I recently tried to sign a lease with this company and I wish I could say we had a positive experience. Frontenac strung us along for over 5 weeks after we had provided all the necessary documentation for an application. During this time, communication was not well-reciprocated and we had to continuously reach out again and again for updates on our application. I am empathetic for the challenges their staff may have to face in light of the pandemic and staff shortages etc. but we both felt that the situation was not handled well due to lack of responsiveness and care. It truly felt as though they were waiting and waiting until a “better” applicant came along so that they could finally tell us we were not approved. Luckily we found a place elsewhere and had a much easier and straightforward application process. Just something to be mindful of!

Deanna who I believe was the property manager for the unit I was viewing was incredibly responsive and committed to helping me find the right unit.
