Ayant fait affaire avec une autre firme de technologue en architecture avec un résultat décevant, sans compter une perte d’argent, nous avons dû refaire notre dessin au complet et nous sommes allé voir Beaulieu Construction. Benoit offre une approche méthodique de la conception jusqu’au dessins final de construction. Chaque étape est bien encadrée ce qui fait que le résultat final est ce que le consommateur désire avoir. Benoit was great to work with regarding our renovation plans on a complex project at our cottage. He listened to our ideas, did a thorough job of measuring the site, compiled a detailed first draft, and adjusted it accordingly once we made modifications together to come up with a great final plan. This guy is amazing. He is one to maximize every square feet and thinks as such. His style is very modern and new age and his designs will create properties of high demand and value. He has a team with him therefore seems more available to pitch and catch on ideas.

I had been searching for an architect for a couple months and was never able to reach anyone or get a response to my emails. He was referred to me by another firm and he picked up the phone on the first call and was able to give me an appointment within a couple of days and he was very quick to his email exchange prior to the meeting. We met him to explore an addition project to our semi-detached. He was able to give us a clear picture of the current context, provided valuable information, was able to sketch of what the project could look like in minutes. He seems very organized and his experience very acute. I would highly recommend him.
