Ordered online during a sale, quick delivery. Probably the nicest wrap job I've received on a delivery package haha, was like a gift wrap. Definitely would order from them again.

Highly recommended. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, they took extra time to help us rent some skis. I ended up buying poles and ski socks too. If I do plan on buying, I will definitely buy skis from here

I’ve been to Ski Town a few times in the past year as I got back into snowboarding and picked up skiing. However, the last time I went left me feeling sour. I brought my boards in for a minor tune up, having just done one less than two months ago with maybe five days of riding since. I just wanted an edge sharpening and base waxing for $30, which I specified to the technician. The technician argued that I needed the $50 package, without having looked over my board at all. I remained steadfast and kindly insisted I just needed the $30 tune up. He argued once more, and I insisted once again very politely. He noted it down, and I paid at the cash explaining my confusion as to why I was being needlessly upsold. My friend, who I had suggested to go to Ski Town, said the same thing happened to him.I decided to go to a competitor after some heavy riding on my board. The technicians carefully looked over my board there, and said I just needed a wax and that anything more wouldn’t help the board. No upsell. Just the honest truth.I’m left saddened and confused, as I’d love to support a local business like Ski Town, but trying to sell me something I don’t need seems really crummy. Sorry!

Found a great deal on skis, but what blew me away is the service!!! Go and meet Gabriel, you won't regret it!

People are nice, but they have a South American style pricing policy. The only reason I dropped by is because it's very close to my house, but I found that THEY NEVER REFUND OR PRICE MATCH.One example: While every other store does black Friday discounts, they did not, blaming manufacturer's price guideline. I believed them. What a joke. at Dix 30 we found all the same items 15~20% lower.So we went back for refund or pricing match. What a joke! They can't offer any of them except for issuing store credit. Very bad business practice. Avoid if you plan to spend over $1000 for sets.This is from my personal experience and I hope it should change.

Thanks Gabriel in ski town Brossard. He is very nice and patient. He gives us professional explanation how to use the touring bindings safely. We did the boots adjustment for my husband’s new touring ski boots. It’s a nice experience.

Went in needing new snowboard boots and was worried from the previous “normal” customer service from other stores. Gabriel instantly made me grab a seat and grabbed what seemed like endless boots from stock to get the perfect fit for me. He also started with the cheaper end so it is clear he’s not just there to suggest the most expensive options. They’re clearly passionate about what they do and go beyond just selling equipment.Ask for Gabriel and you will not leave unhappy

Stopped by for the first time and Gabriel worked with me the whole time. Very friendly and knowledgeable, Prices aren’t too expensive but still very good quality.
