Great food, great music and great drinks.Went here with an old time friend and had an amazing time reminiscing and jamming to old hip pop. Came here in January 2023 on a weekend.Good was so good it got devoured before photos could be taken!

Very loud music if that's your scene.Food very average. The firecracker roll tastes exactly the same as the other roll we ordered, except one was torched and the other wasn't. Basically wouldn't go out of my way to eat here.Service was good.

Great food and experience. We liked the Jerk chicken tacos, truffle hot stone bow thing, karage. We could probably pass on the tuna Aburi, and salad. The spicy marg was delicious.Service was good. They have a dj on Thursday when we went.

I have been meaning to come here for a long time. The service is really good and so is the ambience. The Truffled Kinoko Meshi Rice Bowl and Chicken Kaarage here is must and really flavourful options. For the rest of the food, I wasn’t entirely impressed and found it a bit bland which included the Hapa fries and the Aburi Tuna roll.I also suggest getting the Sakura shooter as it’s very pretty and also just as equally delicious. This spot is a long standing spot in Toronto that is a great spot to visit with a group.Transit and street parking is available.

If you're looking for authentic Japanese food, you've come to the wrong place! The vibes were good but I wouldn't recommend sitting by the patio because of all the dust from the road. We came during Taste of Little Italy so we got a nice view of the festival, though.Anyway, on to the food. The jerk tacos are supposed to be the highlight here but I found the meat really dry and it didn't have the characteristic tenderness or jerk spice. The spicy salmon roll was caked in mayo - tasty, but you could hardly taste anything else. The wasabi paste on the plate also had an oddly hard texture and was not spicy at all.My favorite was probably the karaage, which did not look appetizing with its anemic shape, but turned out to be pretty crispy and delicious. Next best was the wasabi caesar salad and it had the right amount of spicy kick to it.Cocktails were terribly expensive and my Hello Kitty tasted like fruit punch. I would have just opted for water.Happy hours made the prices a touch cheaper and tolerable. I would not come here outside happy hours.

Had such an amazing time last night! The service was amazing. Everything on the menu that we ordered was so delicious. Our favorite was the jerk tacos and the oysters were so fresh and the volcano roll was so tasty. Highly recommend

The Mac and cheese was literally the best we ever had, I think the lard in the pork belly melted into the cheese made it even creamer. The drink selection is decent, and I think supply chain issue definitely hurts availability. The only thing I wish is for the sashimi to be a bit more thinly sliced.

Went last night for a friend's birthday. The food was amazing, got jerk chicken tacos, shrimp tacos and edamame, all 3 were really good. Had a few drinks as well that were also really good.... The service was a bit slow but they apologized as they were a bit short staffed and the place was packed. The DJ was our favourite part, spinning old school rnb and hip hop from the 90s and 2000s. We can't wait to go back.
