I’m very disappointed that a refund was not offered after the NFL changed Bills v Steelers from 1pm to 830pm - thus leading to return trip being Monday day instead of Sunday night. I realize it isn’t the fault of Elite but as I’m unable to change my Monday schedule for medical reasons - I’ll be forfeiting the cost of the trip. Seems rather unfair. I think a business of this nature should be prepared for these eventualities. I can’t recommend now.

I needed to buy a Japan Rail Pass and the lady that works here (Azusa) made the order/pick-up process very easy for me. When I went in to pick it up, she gave me lots of pamphlets and info about Japan that I might need on my travels :)
