I have had good experiences with shipping packages and learning more info from the staff. Don't be afraid to ask these guys questions!

Broke my package. Twice. $300. It was fine at my door but since I don’t have a credit card they sent it here. The lady straight up dropped it on the counter. My package with 6 fragile stickers. She brought it out sideways then dropped it. Sorry to anyone who lives close enough for this to be the default post office.

Horrible service. I leave messages asking to be called back, no one ever calls back. I ask questions on why my letter carrier never delivers my packages and they say we have no control over it"."

Old lady there i terrible. She no manners very rude and backstabs about you with her coworkers. She was saying very rude thing about the customer in front of me to her coworker. Im going to write a complain to canada post this is unacceptable behaviour by an employee of a Crown Corportions. Very disappointed

Went to ask questions about my package card notice that didnt show up in my mail & very very rude old lady with curly hair at the canada post counter said “you know what, we dont work for canada post, we work for pharmasave” and she never tried to even help. Just gave me such rude attitude. I wouldve gave a higher rating because the Short lady with white hair thats been there for a long time had helped me a couple days before greatly and even if she didnt know, she was super nice and helpful on her behalf. I give a 2 star rating because of this new employee at the post counter that wouldnt even consider helping and just very RUDE. Ive been going here for years and the only person ive had troubles with was the new lady with curly hair recently. She needs to work on her customer service skills alot more especially before customers come in mad and frustrated with her, Overall love this pharmasave and the employees working in the pharmacy department are very generous, sweet and are very much amazing at their jobs.

If the old lady there leave asap, the young guy is great and helpful though

I usually don't leave reviews, and I'm not trying to be rude but I have to share my experience, first of all if you having a happy and positive day, please dont go to ship anything there.there is one old lady there on the counter its just too much :( expect her answering your quistions aggressively. What a behaviour!!!I was scared lol I would prefer to drive far away to ship somewhere also than going there again as long as the same person is still there.Advice please if you see that person in the counter run away, go ship somewhere also.But there is a young guy there is nice and helpful I can give that young man 4 stars.The thing he is there very few times.I'm Very disappointed, don't recommend that service to anyone.

If the old lady is working come back when the young guy is there. Then you’ll get your package.

Good service, never had a problem. Sending and receiving mail done well.
