Daniel is a very professional, respectful and friendly inspector. Once I called him, he was able to arrange the appointment really quickly. His fees are very reasonable. He came twice to my house. The first time for the initial inspection and after all the home upgrades were completed, he came again to conduct the second inspection. Less than two months later, I received the government rebate!! I would highly recommend Daniel and Canada EnerExpert for all of your home inspection needs!

We met Daniel through a referral when we decided to do retrofits on our house to take advantage of federal and provincial rebate programs.Daniel was very easy to deal with and was always available to answer our never ending questions, promptly returning our calls and emails. He was thorough.When it came time to submit the proof for our home improvements, he suggested which rebate program to use for which improvements and his help with paperwork (which was trying at times) was amazing!We would definitelly recommend All Season Inspection and especially Daniel's services.
