Ryan was great. I'm not sure what the other people are talking about... maybe sour grapes, or competition trying to sandbag the company.Ryan came, was extremely friendly, and polite. He diagnosed the issue as a simple fix, and told us how to fix it. He could have lied and oversold us unnecessary service but he didn't he was honest and helpful.Critter Control will be on hand for all my critter related issues

We had a huge squirrel problem at home. The squirrels had dug up pathways in the house and could be heard on the top level, main floor and also in the basement. I called up Critter Control and was put in touch with Brandon who was very knowledgeable. He explained that the squirrels had been living in this house for a very long time based on insulation drop levels and based on the number of pine cones in the attic. He recommended that our Marley Roof (special type of roof) be properly sealed and gave me the number of his contact. While waiting for that work to begin, he started putting his traps and caught 3 squirrels. Only 3 but they were vicious! Then his contact came to seal the roof. Both of them completed their work quickly and professionally. We haven’t heard a sound and it’s been a month now. Thank you Brandon!

Critter control GTA was amazing. They assessed our issues quickly and professionally. Once we set on a treatment and protection plan, they were very quick to carry it out. The quality of the work was excellent. Response to all questions has been very timely! These guys know exactly what they’re doing. Very satisfied and highly recommended.

We had a problem with mice in our house and the overall experience from getting the inspection to receiving the quote and getting the work done was fast, efficient, and overall a pleasant experience regarding a not so pleasant problem to have in your house. I would recommend them to anyone who is dealing with a critter problem. Hopefully we don’t have to call again but if we do we know who we will be calling!

My experience with Eli, Steve, and Derek was great! They are all professional inspector who know what they are doing. I'm happy with each one of their service. They sloved my squirrel problem within the week, amazing. And my mice problem seems to be under control.

They were quick and did exactly what they said they would do. Professional and courteous. If you ever have issues with animals in your roof they are the people to contact.

Needed help with some squirrels that had moved in to our pool shed. Critter Control was great and responded really quickly to assess our situation and options. They do a good job. But they missed arriving in the time window provided and over charge for what they deliver.
