Great customer service James was kind enough to have our order picked up and brought to the store as they were long line ups at the main warehouse. We are very happy with the floors and the product that we chose, it was easy to install and so far no scratches from our dog running over it.

These guys know exactly what they’re doing. I needed stair noses to match my flooring and visited a few stores before going with Word of Mouth. Unlike other stores, they were confident in the advice they provided and didn’t try to force me to get something I didn’t want. I ended up getting custom noses — The result was incredible. Everyone I met was knowledgeable and friendly, but special thanks to James for taking care of our order and saving the day. Thanks guys, quality work!

We purchased vinyl plank for our basement and they were very helpful in helping us to find the colour and style that, we- my wife wanted.The floors looks great and it been installed for over a month and with kids and dogs it has held up great! Would recommend this company again,

My regular flooring company, told me it would take two weeks to get this product. I contacted James at Word of Mouth and he had it in stock and would have it ready the next morning for pick up. I was pleasantly surprised I could get it that quick and at a far better price than I was quoted from my other supplier. James worked with me through the whole ordering process and even reached out afterwards. I will definitely be using Word of Mouth for my flooring needs and I will be telling my other contractor friends about them. Couldn't have asked for better service and a better product. James was amazing to deal with and made the entire process seamless. My parents used him a few months ago for their flooring needs and spoke so highly of him that I decided to go with him as well (not to mention his prices are very competitive). He was very responsive, punctual and really stood behind his product. I needeed the flooring ASAP and ordered it on Friday afternoon and it was at my place by Monday late morning.
