Terrible customer service experience. Store Manager Mr Vishal surprisingly refused that Sofa supplied was not even leather unless shown the item details. Warranty rejected for no good reason .Purchased five years warranty which has gone in vain. Avoid Bricks please. No one even responded for warranty rejection unless persued. Very dissatisfying. Look below pictures that’s how their genuine leather cracks within five years warranty. Poor quality never accepted by Stores.

I’ve very pleased with my first purchase from The Brick Milton location today. From the first interaction to picking up my sectional was all amazing. The team went over and above to accommodate my needs. Rosie was a lovely manager, Raj made the experience personal by coming in hours before his shift to make sure my process went smoothly and James made the delivery easy. Thank you to Rosie, Raj and James for great customer service! I will definitely be back!

I like the chairs and sofa that I received. Also the assemble instructions were very clear and easy to install. The behaviour of the team at store is amazing. Furthermore, the prize match policy is so good, I have experienced it. I recommend brick to all.

I went to The Brick Milton today … I needed some information about an older purchase I made. Rosie the ops manager took the time to find my invoice and explain the process to me. I watched while she was helping her staff and other customers delivering amazing customer service the whole way. I bought a mattress today and she got me the delivery I need. Nice to see a manager who cares about her staff and clientele. Thanks Rosie …. Will come back and see you soon.

I had initially bought an LG dryer from the Brick a couple of weeks ago, but unfortunately wasn't working properly when running the first cycle. I had notified the Brick of this inconvenience, and instead of the hassle of sending over a service technician to fix my new machine, they had offered to replace the machine with another brand new LG dryer and had delivered it to my house a few days later. The new replaced dryer is now working perfectly. Big thank you to Sanjay and team for your help on this matter!

I bought the June Fouton Grey on June 10th. On June 11th, I assembled the sofa and immediately noticed that the back was loose and was saggy. I bought the 3 years warranty, as well. So I contacted the brick team via email the same day. Until June 14th, I did not get a response from the team asking me to take a discount and keep the broken sofa. Which doesn't make any sense. I asked for a manager contact and yet to see any type of email from a manager. I requested for the technician to come. On June 22nd, is when the technician came, not to fix my problem, but to take some pictures. He spent 2 mins looking at the sofa and asked me to wait 10days for the report from brick before they assign a tech to fix this issue. What a disappointment from a chain corporate store. I will never purchase from Brick again. They sold me a broken sofa and have done nothing to fix it for the last 17days.

Best customer service I’ve received in over 10 years! Rosie, the Operations Manager was super helpful and took the time to listen to my concerns and make the necessary calls to ensure my delivery was smooth and on time. I’m currently in between moving homes and she was instrumental to ensure my delivery was accommodated at the correct address and in a timely manner. Extremely reliable, supportive and assuring. She’s definitely an asset to your location, and deserving of reward and recognition. I will definitely be coming back to THIS location for additional purchases. Thank you Rosie!

The salesman Mr. Sirinder ,I think, was excellent. We purchased 2 clearance chairs.We were able to work out a great deal with the store manager. They were so discounted they required multiple sign offs, which Mr.Sirinder patiently got and then the sales computers started giving him grief. He took it all calmly and patiently. A very personable pleasant man.

Raj was an awesome sales person, he was on point with his friendly approach to delivering to us. I must also recognize Rosie the manager. She was on top of her game. Both staffs were excellent. Thanks for giving us a wonderful experience at the Brick.

Raj was phenomenal I helping me with my sofa and love seat purchase. He made me feel comfortable, showed me lots of options and explained all the details to me. Such a great experience at The Brick in Milton and Raj!
