I just went through a terribly humiliating experience at Cell Tech. I was lied to, sold things that didn't work as promised and given the cold shoulder when I expressed my concerns.Cellular House was exactly the opposite...professional, knowledgeable, honest, patient and well priced. I wasted hundreds of dollars on two supposedly new phones and repairs at C.T. with nothing to show after 4 months.Sergio at Cellular House got me a very nice new..it really was..Samsung that fit my needs perfectly. It cost 370.00 and he helped make certain I knew I was all set with it before I left. I'm not a techy..so learned lots from Sergio. I taught the salesman at C.T. that sold me a SD card to hold apps...b.c. the new phone they sold me had no room for any..that SD cards can't take apps.I'm not usually upset over money..but it was so nice to feel appreciated and dealt with honestly at Cellular House. Getting taken many times by same place makes me feel stupid. I am so happy to find Cellular House to be loyal to for anything I need. I highly recommend them to save others my pain.

We have always had good dealings with these guys. Very reasonable, honest - willing to look at the never ending odd ball assortment of damage we bring them. They've even pulled off some 'hack' miracles for us, recovering data through unorthodox methods most repair companies wouldn't attempt or even think of.

These men never disappoint, always above and beyond when it comes to their service. Confidential, discreet, fare priced and always happy to see a repeat customer. I’ve brought a few phones now with different issues and they never disappoint. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Job was done as requested and price was fair but had to explain to the young man working there what unlocking a phone meant. Made me a bit nervous about using them.

Best in class, I would highly recommend! I dont give full stars often but they literally fix a phone that was completely covered in paint, though it was a goner... well until I went to cellular house. Good job guys :)

I would highly recommend, I had a very badly damaged pixel 7 pro they took it apart for me and determined the damage was bad enough that it would not be worth replacing the components as I might replace them and in the future the board etc may fail it is hard to determine with components as small as they are nowadays.( I kind of figured this would be the case before I brought it in), I am good with technology they did not charge me to take it apart and completely test it to see if replacement parts were a good option. Very transparent and if you have a phone with a cracked screen needs battery ECT. I highly recommend taking it here for evaluation. I had talked to a few of the other companies around the area and this company by far was the most honest and reasonable I had come across in Chatham.

Sergio helped my partner with a cracked S7 screen. He gave his professional opinion that it wasn't really worth it salvaging the phone since parts and labour would cost more than 3/4 of the phone's price at this time. We appreciated his honesty and came up with different options but ultimately he helped us recovering the data from the S7 into a new phone she had purchased from her provider. The repair was done in a timely manner and was hassle-free. We need more business owners that are as honest, as reliable, and as trustworthy as Sergio! Thank you so much!

Wasn't happy with the overall service. Was told I could have it done on the friday/Saturday.. didn't get the right screen in so I'd have to wait until the Tuesday. So I brought it in and waited.After the store had closed I still hadn't heard from them when they had said it would be a quick job. So understandably I was upset. Left an upset message just asking why I wasn't called and asked for a call back.This morning I get a call back and was told he called me 6 times and got a busy signal. No text message, no voice-mail and no attempt after the store was closed either to get in touch either. So I say I didn't have any missed calls, the guy gets very snippy with me and makes it sound like I'm accusing him of lying. I'm just making it clear I had no incoming calls and my phone was working fine all day. He continues to be snippy.When I go in and make it clear I don't care if he called me or not, the attitude towards the customer isn't acceptable. He doesn't give a real apology or offer to even help with the situation.I left very upset. I get the phone back to the owner who let's me know the job wasn't done well. A bubble at the top of the screen, it doesn't fit snug against the phone and the volume and power button aren't functioning properly. Wouldn't recommend this company at all
