This guy had an appointment at a two unit house at 1230. He checked one door and left without checking the main floor door. I called him later in the day to see if he was coming. He rudely proclaimed he's too busy to bother checking the other door. this is how contractors work" he said. And refused to come back and fulfill his appointment. Chris man you need some customer service training!"

Chris is excellent. Information and service are top shelf. At first, I thought he was going the extra mile for us, but I think he just works to a high standard, and builds relationships with his clients. Awesome all around, and recommended without reservation.
