Jarett has been the Property Manager of my rental unit for the past 3 years. From day 1 he has stepped in and took over for me taking complete care of my unit. We rented a townhouse in 2019 for a year and a half with Trevor being our main contact. He was always very helpful, friendly and responsive! Moving in was super quick and moving out was very efficient. We had a couple things that needed to be fixed. It was dealt with very fast and went very smooth. We had a small disagreement regarding the price of painting to repair some of the walls that we had hung something from. More had been taken out of our damage deposit than was originally said. But looking back now that was our bad for not just fixing it ourselves. Even then Trevor was very nice and respectful! We had a bad experience with a different rental company which made me wish we had Trevor’s helping us out again.

Jarett and Trevor worked tirelessly to get our place rented and got the job done! They must have screened 20-30 potential tenants to get the right fit. They are professional and responsive. When issues come up they handle them and get the issue fixed as cost effectively as possible! My family has been using Realty Executives Focus for over a decade. Would highly recommend!

Jarret helped us manage my property well in years now. He cares and works hard. There was once a tenant who was behind, he took it seriously and collected unpaid rent on his own. We had to deal with with Realty Executives for the property we rent. It was an awful experience. Our main contact was Jayson, he was the ‘Property Manager’. He was never professional, he is also extremely impolite and careless when it comes to his job. I would not recommend dealing with this company if renting.
