My wife went for her first manicure as we were off on a vacation. She paid the extra money for gel polish. Come day 4, the polish was lifting and peeling off the back. Because we were on vacation, she didn't call the spa to inquire. Upon our return from vacation, day 12 from having mani, she called the spa. The receptionist told her that a gel polish should last about 4 weeks. My wife asked if they would fix or refund. The receptionist was rude and gave excuse after excuse. Receptionist said she would ask the owner but my wife never had any response. Now day 15, my wife went into the spa. Same lady, would do nothing. My wife asked if they would at least remove the gel polish. Again, receptionist was rude and said she'd call the owner. Never heard back. Wife called the next day and receptionist said they would remove the polish. Very disappointed in this spa, their services and customer care! Do not waste your money!

Had facials booked with my sister, we both loved it. They didn’t have any openings for the time we requested but called us back with an appointment time for us together. We’ll definitely be back.

I just discovered this place! It's absolutely beautiful and so clean. I had an hour steam and it was beyond relaxing and the lady at the front was so nice and friendly. I'm definitely going back lots!

Did not get what we asked for, several spots missed with the polish, bubbles on 75% of our nails. Way over priced for what we got, have already told all my friends and coworkers to avoid this place. I will never recommend to anyone and will never be back. Save the excuses, bad product = bad review.Update: 5 days after so called mani pedi, 3 nails have peeled off.

Refreshing and relaxing. LOVE that they're open late and weekends! Perfect Sunday refresh. Had a mud wrap today. Delightful.

Had nice staff, but I went for a lash lift and tint and they permed my bottom lashes by accident and now, two weeks later, they're still crimped. I can't wear mascara on the bottom it makes it 10x worse

It was very dim lighting where they did our nails. Found lots of mistakes when we left. We both had gel nails done . Mine started peeling off in afew days . No we would not recommend this place

The receptionist Cassy was amazing and super accommodating when one of our massage therapists wasn’t able to do our couples massage due to illness. Thanks Cassy!
