Johnny's Bar Billards

First time visit to Johnny’s and have to say, service was exceptional. Friendly without being over the top, prompt, and open to great conversation. Served by a girl named Alex (I believe)- my version of a perfect waitress.

So we went inside we got a pool table we were there for less than 30 minutes and then we're about to leave. Security guard comes and says that we have to pay $25 because we played pool for less than 30 minutes. He says that that's the rules if you don't buy a drink you have to pay for the the time that you play pool. Okay that's no problem but if we were advised at first it would have been a different situation we would have probably bought some drinks to enjoy. But the security guy ACT like he owns the place and lectures the bartender in front of clients which I find that was unprofessional. Been going there ever since they open and I never had an issue. I am just highly disappointed about the service even though that we were there for less than 30 minutes and if it was a rule that we have to buy a drink to play pool, we should have had a waiter or bartender come and see us to see if we needed something to drink.Like the security guy says that it he gave a warning to the bartender but at the same time his interactions with clients is definitely not satisfying. I told the security guard that I've been coming here for years and this was not the case because every time I usually come I do buy drinks so therefore I understand his point of view but he should not point out oh well if you've been coming here for years you should know how it works".The girls were very understanding and trying to explain the situation but at the end of the day customer service is what's important and that was not met.***Just be aware that you're going to have to pay $25 per hour to play pool even if you don't buy anything to drink***At this point not RECOMMENDED there is other billboards where you can go for cheaper price and enjoy your night without a person trying to find a fault in you and not themselves."

The worst pool hall experience. If I could give 0 stars I would.Walking in I was asked for my drink order havana+coke and a mohito". Lady never put it in. Bartender then asks me for my order again so I tell her "there was a rum+coke and a mohito" and in that time I was given a pool table. I was served my drinks at the table 20 minutes later. An Appleton+coke and a havana+coke. I tell her I will not drink the Appleton and to take it back

Id say this bar is okay to come too although it's not my go to unless I want to play a quick game of pool and get out.I've noticed that they rush you with your drink when it comes to playing pool as they claim pool is free if you buy a drink. Some nights they leave you alone and some they don't. Overall it's okay, plenty of pool tables to go around. I've never had to reserve a table since I've been going there.Drink prices pretty average compared to other bars.

I went during a friday evening.Not very busy.The drinks are pretty big.The food is good but small portion.The waitresses was amazing.

If you want a fun time playing pool just buy a beer and pool is gratuit. A lot of screens for sport minded. As well they have a kitchen, with fair priced menu. Tuesday they have a chicken wing special, and each Saturday night there is a band and dancing is at your pleasure. The washrooms are very clean. Parking is a hugh Shopping Centre. Come on in and takein hockey and a cool one!

The bar was good the several times I went. Staff is nice. HOWEVER, the night bouncer had kicked me out for going out to smoke while we had a pool table reserved. The bouncer was extremely rude and aggressive towards me and my friends. He claimed that the bartenders and every other staff there Has no power here" except for himself. Also once the bouncer plays his own music on the jukebox

Worst costumer service I've seen in a long time. The barmaid working Sunday July 2nd 2023 was more interested in continuously talking to 1 male costumer at the bar than serving other patrons waiting for drinks or to cash in slot machine tickets. The staffs lack of customer service might explain why there was less than 8 people in the bar including the staff. After making us wait over 15 minutes to cash in a ticket the barmaid actually had the gall to have this look like ''aren't you going to tip me''... Hell no I'm not tipping you. You saw us waiting at an empty bar and turned your back to talk to your boy toy and left us waiting. That's on top of you never acknowledging us and offering drinks or serving us. I hadn't been to Johnnie's in years and I won't be back that's for sure. Went there this Saturday with some friends. Food and drinks were good but our waitress charged my friends for the pitcher of beer that my girlfriend and I already paid for. Not cool to charge my friend for something we already paid for

Went in and ordered 5 meals and a big of chicken wings which all came to the table fairly quickly with two pitcher's of beer. Yet after all this the staff would force More drink's on us because they Said that Johnny's Bar policy is that you HAVE to order a drink every hour if not you're kicked out. So we ordered water because we already ordered alot previously yet it wasn't good enough for them. They wanted more of our money even tho we are not big drinkers and had to drive
