Incredible customer service. They encouraged me to take home some swatches to make sure I was making the right choice for our place. And they loaded all my items purchased into the car, no questions asked!

Extremely poor communication and slow. I recommend other small businesses in town. Beware!

Paul McLean is a great guy, he worked within our budget and got us a great deal on the floor we liked and was friendly and professional. I recommend them for all your flooring needs.

I do not recommend McLean's Flooring. I went & picked out ceramic tiles for my bathroom and kitchen in February. My kitchen tiles had to be ordered in, which I was told takes a week. Needless to say my installation got held up until June due to Covid. When my tile layer got here to lay my tiles in June 4 months after they were ordered my tiles were not there. Then they lied & said they made a mistake & sent the kitchen tiles out & they got laid in the bathroom by mistake, so therefore they didn't have enough off my kitchen tiles. Well I had a picture that was taken off my bathroom tiles when they were ordered for proof the bathroom tiles were the correct ones. Only explanation I can come up with someone more important came in & they sold my tiles to them. Then i had a chose of 2 different tiles to pick from because, i couldn't wait to get more ordered because, if I had let my tile layer leave i would have been waiting a long time to get him back to lay them. After waiting 4 months I couldn't handle it. So now I have tiles in my kitchen that I didn't really want/like. To top it off all the salesman said to me is oh I'm sorry". REALLY

Great experience here. We only needed a small piece of carpet but staff were great at showing us all our options and we ended up quickly walking out with exactly what we needed. They appear to have a very large selection of a variety of flooring. We look forward to returning for our next larger projects.

Totally exceeded our expectations! We visited McLean's flooring in Fall 2022 after hurricane Fiona damaged our home. The team at McLean's (particularly Greg McLean) was so helpful in selecting the right flooring for our application and making sure that the inventory would be available for us when we were ready for installation. We could not be happier with the final product!

Superb service, knowledgeable staff, affordable prices and huge selection of all types of flooring.Gerald bent over backwards to make sure that we left the store with the exact style, colour and type of flooring that we wanted - even though it took a few visits to the store and trying many samples in our home.Why would you go to a store that sells a little of everything, including the kitchen sink?
