We took our 11 year old dog, Buster, here to try the 'Dog Bath', as he is too difficult to try and wash in our shower. This bath is absolutely amazing! The staff were more than helpful in showing us all the features the bath station has and how to use them. Towels, shampoo, conditioner and waterproof aprons for you to wear are all provided. The bath area is kept spotless. They even give your dog some treats to help him / her to relax and enjoy the 'spa day'. We will be using this bath for now on, as it is so much easier for us too. What a great and friendly staff at this store.

Guy seems to think he’s funny but when he constantly uses the same stupid lines over and over again, it gets real old real quick.Multiple times I’ve tried to buy hornworms, they’re stock seems to be extremely hit or miss and he jokes that he ate them. I have an animal to feed, I don’t find that funny at all when I’ve tried numerous times over the past month and gotten worms ONCE.

My dog has seasonal allergies and he is miserable. I stopped in at Hanover Pet Valu seeking help for my furry buddy. Let me tell you, I spoke with Guy" (I can only assume this is his name as it was on his tag) 100% the best human to talk to about your pet needs. He is super knowledgeable about their products and his personal stories sold me ❤️. I live 1.5 hours away and will make the trek to this store for any of my dogs needs. This is a 5+++ star review!"
