Urban Exteriors and Painting

My gutters were over flowing. I had called this company and they came out and assessed the situation. My roof was covered with moss and the moss was plugging my drain hole. He gave me an estimate right on the spot and came back next day to do the work. They washed all the moss off the roof and cleaned out my gutters. What a great job. I didn't even realize my roof was the color grey. That's how dirty my roof was. he also sealed a couple of my gutters as well. I highly would recommend this company. Thank you Phil for a great job

My husband interviewed a lot of companies before deciding to go with Phil and I am glad he made the right decision! Phil and his wife are friendly and professional, and most importantly did a very good job with the painting. The old paint was chipped and falling off and they managed to somehow fix everything up with the new paint, the house now looks almost new again! See pics for the before and after. Owner and operator Phil is really good at what he’s doing. Asked him to do roof cleaning and gutter repairs. After job done, he came back again to make sure all his job was good. Also, he gave me warranty. Price is reasonable compared to another company that I used before( SW is not professional at all)Anyway, keep him busy!

After reviewing multiple painters and pressure washers we hired Urban Exteriors because they were a one stop shop for roof moss removal, vinyl siding pressure washing, and exterior painting. Phil was very responsive when I first reached out online, he came to our house for a site assessment and provided us with a detailed quote and time estimate to complete the work.Phil scheduled to pressure wash my roof and house, and subsequently come back to paint the exterior trim, garage door, and front door. Phil went above and beyond by patching some existing holes in my roof, and re-caulking some chimney flashing that I had issues with water ingress this past winter.My wife and I are very pleased with the finished product, and I found it very easy to communicate with Phil to schedule the various work around some complicated spring weather.Thanks Phil for the great job!

We were needing some work done to our home. We noticed that the paint was starting to come off in certain areas. We phoned Urban Exteriors Painting. Phil came out to meet us and he went over the area's of what needed to be done and how much it would cost. We were really impressed with his knowledge and professionalism . He gave as quote on pressure washing and exterior painting. We agreed and he was able to accommodate us with his time and our time. We are so happy with the colour choice and the look of our house. This was my first time using this company and I was very impressed. I phoned this company to do pressure washing and exterior painting. They came out to do an estimate and we agreed on the quote. They first came out to do pressure washing and did an amazing job. I was really surprised at how clean my house was. After when it was time do the painting, they made sure that all my patio furniture was put aside. They took the time and prepped my house before the painting started. We were so happy and excited when our house was finished. It looked awesome and we are so pleased and happy. We definitely would recommend this company.Thank you we love it!
