I have never had my hair done there, but I received a gift card for a manicure. I never get this done so I was looking forward to this treat. I expected a nice relaxing time and a decent polish; I don't think that is unrealistic? I was led to the back up against a wall on a hard little chair with people walking (squeezing) by. A small table, no frills whatsoever. If the manicure is good, well then I can look past this. The manicure I received was amateur at best! I can honestly do a better job at home. I have my own natural long nails and I wanted a simple french manicure. I am sure the girl that did my nails was not experienced, she seemed to be struggling and it was such a poor uneven job that was thick, gloopy and sloppy. Everyone I showed them to couldn't believe it was done at a salon. I should have said something at the time but I don't like to complain. I can honestly say that by the end of the next day, most of my nails were chipped and looked terrible and I was very careful. I still have money left on that gift card, but It is going in the garbage. Sorry, but this salon should not advertise manicures when they can't even do basic.
