Good luck if you ever need a technician. They will lie about appointment times, make no attempt to contact you and leave while saying customer is not home. Avoid cogeco for your home internet needs

There is a reason that there are so little reviews - the interne doesn't connect... I always paid when I got my bill and noticed it would saddle down near the end of my billing cycle. I work remotely from home so I set up automatic payments and it still does the same thing. Customer service is terrible. I'm going back to Bell - cheaper internet and who needs t.v. anymore

We went to Sarnia Cogeco to apply a new account. The procedure was really smooth and easy. Our application was handled by Angel and introduce us on the different plan options that Cogeco offers. He made sure that the plan that we will get will suit for our needs. We are really satisfied with the service and its highly recommended. Thank you so much!

I recently signed up for Cogeco Ultimate fibre one gig, but when I checked my speeds on my devices I got only 350 Mbps and when I called them about it, they said 350Mbps was very good, I should be happy. Which I replied that my plan was for 1Gbsp not 350 Mbps. I feel that they are purposely misleading their customers. So my advice to new customers, be sure of what speed you are receiving and what you are PAYING for.

I just want to say this is some of the worst customer service I have ever received, which is extremely disappointing as a loyal customer previously for past 5+ years.We moved in early November where we attempted to transfer services to our new house. Given it was a new build it required some extra work before final hook up. We were told would take 1-2 weeks. After about 8 useless phone calls to Cogeco just trying to get a timeline we are now 2 months later with nothing.We have no internet. No TV. And were told by a Cogeco customer service rep to go with someone else like Bell rather than actually helping us navigate the process...I've called. I've emailed. I even used Twitter where I got a single response saying it would be looked into and then nothing for 10 days.This is honestly frustrating to no end and just wish one representative at some point would have actually wanted to help us rather than give cliched excuses.
