I was attended by Felicia, who talks very nicely to customers. She asked me what kind of hair cut I wanted and made sure I get exactly what I want. She confirmed the length before cutting and gave a style that I wanted. She has a pleasant personality and makes the person comfortable. My daughter and I haven't been many times, but Lisa is the nicest hair stylist we could imagine. We never expected much, but on a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give it an 100. Better than we wanted it... Thank you, Lisa! I got the happiest child in this universe!

Great first experience today! All the staff were friendly and polite and my stylist Julie was excellent! She asked lots of questions about what I wanted and also offered tons of valuable tips and advice about caring for and styling my hair. I am so pleased with my cut and style and the price was very reasonable. I'll be back!

Had my hair cut by Cathy. She did an excellent job and really took her time to make sure she got the style just right. I have lived in Ottawa for 10 years and had not yet found anyone who could cut my hair the way I wanted...until now. Cathy was super nice, and informative. In fact, all the staff seemed very nice. Will definitely be back.

Felicia is a very friendly, courteous, and talented hair dresser

I had my haircut with Cathy yesterday and I am very much pleased with the results. As a person, Cathy is very welcoming and right away you will feel at ease with her, the salon is clean and caters to both men and women services. I showed Cathy a picture of the layered cut I'm looking for and she was able to replicate the same, making my hair more voluminous and the layers flowing nicely. The pricing is more competitive than I would have paid elsewhere with a dissatisfied outcome. Cathy also keeps a log of her customer's preferences, which is an added detail I've never experienced anywhere else. I definitely recommend her and will be going back regularly.
