My mother had called this place to have flowers delivered for my birthday. Not only did they not deliver until the next evening but it was the most pathetic arrangement I've ever seen. Literally ONE stem of flowers and some chocolate my mom never ordered.... AND they charged my mom over 100$!!!! I could not believe it, i wouldn't have even paid $5 it was so ugly.With many phone conversations and emails, I was never able to exchange for something different or receive a refund. 10% discount on my next order was offered… what a joke

I am not impressed with the service. The website order form did not clarify that delivery was extra, nor did it give the option of paying for delivery right when the order was placed. Instead, the system emailed me about it later with a new and higher bill due, so I didn't see it for several days. Consequently, waiting for payment meant the flowers were delivered late. When I replied to their email with my complaint and pointed out that they could have phoned, this email went unanswered. Additionally, delivery was $20 for a location about 5 kilometers from the shop.Addendum: the reply they give below is the same autogenerated one in their emails, and does not acknowledge the issue I wrote about. I am not complaining about lateness due to weather.

I have been ordering Mother's Day flowers for almost 2 decades. These were hands down the worst bouquet. I paid $135. They were nothing like the website that had a nice vase and twice the flowers. I did choose designer discretion as it was Mother's Day but you tell me if this was worth it.

We ordered flowers for Mother’s Day (today) and were assured they would be delivered by around 4 pm. The flowers have not been delivered nor did we receive any notification that the delivery would be late and no one is answering the phone. We were charged in full, in advance, and now there are no flowers. After my mother e-mailed them to tell them she didn’t receive her flowers from them (yeah, she had to e-mail them herself since they won’t respond to me - bye bye Mother’s Day surprise), their excuse was that they had many orders that came in ahead of mine and this year they had over 300. If that’s the case, then why the heck would they take my order and tell me it will be there on Mother’s Day? Petals n’ Buds, do you know that Mother’s Day is only 24 hours and you would need to have Walmart’s capacity to deliver over 300 orders in one day? I guess your greed is more important than fulfilling the service you promised and that we paid for.Thanks for ruining our Mother’s Day for a second time Petals n Buds (last year you delivered our flowers a day late with no notification or apology - way to blow your second chance.) If you were honest, and let people know you couldn’t make the order, I’ll bet they would be more forgiving. To do this during the pandemic when we don’t even have the option of visiting our mother really highlights how little you care. I certainly will not be ordering from you again or recommending you to anyone looking to brighten up someone’s special day.

EDITING TO RESPOND.My order was 5 DAYS LATE, not one. And when i finally got through to you I was assured my issue would be resolved and I would be refunded TWICE. Your response is disgusting. During the phone call when you agreed to my refund, YOU ADMITTED TO TAKING ON MORE THAN DOUBLE THE ORDERS YOU COULD HANDLE. These were all words out of YOUR mouth. I will go ahead and process this through my bank. Massive warning to anyone thinking about ordering, dont waste your time and money. Disgusting and unprofessional.If I could give less than 1 star, I would. -1000/10 do not recommend.2 years ago I ordered an almost $200 order of flowers for my Nana and Sister for Mothers Day. They didnt deliver them, they ignored calls and emails for 5 days, said nothing and then delivered them 5 days later after I repeatedly asked to cancel the order. I then spent another week trying to get through to them. Once I finally got through, I was promised a refund. 2 years later, countless ignored phone calls and emails and I still havent received it. Bad business practice. They knowingly took on hundreds of extra orders that they could not provide.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to placing my order. I used the web access this morning to order flowers for my wife's birthday and noted a special request to deliver asap as I wanted to make sure she was still at work when they arrived. I just cancelled the order at 3pm as it had not even been processed yet. Basically I was to blame because I didn't equate the delivery instructions to mean that things probabaly don't go out for delivery until late afternoon, so same day could mean after the business actually gets closed down for the night. Beware that you need to stay on top of your delivery request, or else you might be disappointed like I was!

I placed an order for Mother's Day flowers for Saturday delivery. It is now Monday and the flowers have yet to be delivered, my credit card has been charged and the store is not answering the phone or replying to emails. I understand that there was a high demand due to travel restrictions but they should have anticipated and planned for a large influx of orders. I will NEVER order from this florist again.

Ordered flowers for my step moms's birthday. The manager allowed me to put the arrangement together myself (with a lot of instruction). The manager was lovely and personable and I've never had such good service from a business. It is safe to say that my family really enjoyed the flowers and they lasted quite a long time. I highly recommend shopping here!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and was charged in full. No flowers ever arrived. After reading a review from 2 days ago, I see that they received over 300 orders. So like that reviewer, I wonder why on earth they would continue accepting orders? Or why, at the very least, they wouldn't block off delivery dates to stop people from requesting delivery until they could actually fulfil the order. This was the single worst experience I have had with any shop in a very, very long time. I was beginning to think I got scammed. EXTREMELY poor customer service to not even send out an auto email to your order list saying you received an extraordinarily high number of orders and that orders received past [insert date here] are subject to delays of up to [insert number of days], we apologize for the inconvenience. Simple courtesies go a long, long way. People understand being busy. People understand delays. But there is a LOT you can do to communicate with your customers to explain these things. There is no excuse. Improve your customer service.

This business needs to understand it's capacity to deliver their quality products within it's threshold/capabilities. Based on my latest interaction may I suggest preparing for the holiday's by hiring additional resources & knowing order capacity limitations. I want to support local businesses. As directed on their web-site, I called the shop to place a Mother's Day order & left a voice mail & further completed an on-line order and called the shop & left a voice mail to confirm it would be delivered on Mother's day. As of Tuesday; the flowers were not delivered; and I was concerned because my credit card was charged. My mother in law followed up & cancelled the order; and the merchant provided a full refund which I appreciate.
