Joe assisted by video and chat as much as possible and then showed up to help with our plumbing repair shortly after the same day which was Saturday. A minor additional repair was promptly done on Monday. His fee was more than reasonable and affordable.Joe is professional, polite and extremely helpful. I'd recommend Next Mechanical Group and use again in the future.

He was able to quickly assess the problem, order the necessary parts, and complete installation in a timely manner. He is now my family's go to person!
