Camera was never installed, 2 appts cancelled due to missing part. Noone is answering my emails or calls for the past month....horrible after sales service, looking to take legal action. Not even worth the 1 star.

Beware of random alarms going off at your house when there is no trouble. They are lost and unaware of what is going on with your account. Oh, and make sure you are connected to the central. They tell you your up and running when you're not. Regret signing up.

Have tried contacting them by email, phone, text for 2 weeks. No response. Their camera goes offline often. And on top of that it saved the while snow storm.Very bad after sales service.
