The best Thai massage in town. Very knowledgeable in her field of practice. A place to let the mind and body become one. Crystal’s attention to detail when stretching or massaging based on what is needed. I highly recommend and will be returning.

Elemental Essence Therapy
My hope with a massage is that the manual manipulation is able to move stuck energy in my body so I feel both a physical and emotional release. No one has been able to do that like Crystal. Aside from working on your body, she has an amazing gift to also shift your energy. She has so many tools in her belt so, from my impression, she tweaks her work based on what she feels you need - intuitive! If you know you hold emotions in your body (hint: we all do), I cannot recommend Crystal enough. She's an amazing source of light!

This is just as much therapy for your soul as it is for your body. Crystal is professional, extremely kind and truly an amazing therapist. She explains everything she's doing, never pushes beyond your comfort level and leaves you feeling healed and rejuvenated. Highly recommended.
